So far I would rate them a 1star. There are no updates as to the progress of a shipment, just that a label was created and in transit. They use SPEEDX who evidently are not speedy. I am 3 miles from O’Hare, not like I live in the country. Have no idea who I will receive the package from….USPS, Fedex, UPS or an estimated arrival date to ensure I am home.. Further, thought this was a USA product, not Chinese. The website needs to state Made in China. Will update if I ever receive as it may be worth the wair. Guess it is shipping thru the Panama Canal. Confirmed order May 9th. An update……I received the delivery today, Sunday. Also see that MuddyMat responded to my initial posting and asked for additional information to be supplied to them within 3 days. Since the doggie bed was received, no need for further contact. I do appreciate them reaching out to me, but would make one suggestion which is to make delivery information more available. Again, I do appreciate the response and would give them 4 stars for the response, 1 star for delivery status.

While their shipping is a little weird (I ordered 5 things and they all came in different shipments, 3 of them were the same thing), it is totally worth it. I was worried their stuff would be cheap, but it is not at all. Water or dog urine does not soak through and everything washes really nice.

The products are wonderful. Makes living with 4 large dogs much easier. Here to buy more, hopefully. The website is a nightmare to navigate. Takes forever to order and once you put things in your cart it disappears in very short time. Then, you have to start all over. UGH 😩

I'm very pleased with the product, my Beagle loves his bed! Receiving the order was a problem though. I paid for express delivery and almost didn't receive it at all without frantic phone calls to the delivery service. It's a long story but to say it makes me hesitant to order again is an understatement! I would tell people to please not hesitate to call the number associated with the tracking number!

Update: I’m quite pleased that Muddy Mat has reached out to me per their response to my original review and will replace the product. I’m extremely happy with their mats and will provide an update on the bed once the new one has arrived. We first purchased a small Muddy Mat to test out how well it worked collecting dirt and water when our pup entered the house from outside. It worked so well that we ordered a bigger one for another one of our entrances. When we received the advertisement for the Muddy Mat bed we also placed an order in November 2025. Our dog enjoyed it for a bit but we noticed it was beginning to fall apart after only 4 months. I contacted muddy Matt in May 2026 after a large seem had come apart in the Muddy Mat bed. I was informed that Muddy Mat’s policy is to replace items before a 60 day period. This was very disappointing considering there was obviously a defect in the product. I sent pictures. My advice would be to purchase Muddy Mat floor mats, but stay away from purchasing the Muddy Mat for your Pet since they do not stand behind the quality of their products beyond a two month period.

Love these mats/rugs I bought 3 and then love them so much I went back and bought 3 more I have 2 pugs which shed a ton and these help with that too oh I bought the brown ones but got the light blue for my bathroom and it brightens up that space just love these rugs

This product if fabulous! We love everything about our muddy mats. Big complaint--website is horrific to navigate. That's why this isn't a 5 star review!!

I purchased 3 rugs. 1 did not work in the location I bought it for. I tried to return it, but they were pretty adament about selling me another rug. we went back and forth for quite a while. it was an online chat and they took forever to respond. Eventually, they gave me a credit for the rug and told me to keep it.
