From the time I ordered it was a mess. Had two charges on my Visa, one for item, then shipping charges.??? Late shipping from the company, then no delivery date provided. Company did not respond to my emails! Provided sketchy tracking info with no carrier, again no delivery date. Finally arrived (9days later) without any notice & left in a public area! Washed in machine, it absorbs the water but would not dry in dryer! Still wet after half hour on medium heat. Had to hang dry for two days before completely dry. I bought this to place wet winter items on it. All I can say is it does absorb wetness. I would not do business with this Muddy Mat company. Find another company to get the mat from like Walmart or Amazon. 12/16/2025 FINALLY COMPANY RESPONDED BY SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED!

Ordered 35 x60 about 5 months ago, I have only washed 2 or 3 times and the backing is already ripping In several places, long rips, I expected better quality for the price!

I contacted the company to cancel the product as I was checking on shipping cost, however the payment was processed prior to my finishing the review. I wrote and then called. I was informed after a longer than usual wait that the associate was able to successfully cancel. I forgot to get a confirmation #. Within a minute I received an email notification the product was shipped!? I called back and said I was misinformed, I was offered me 50% off , but when I used the tracking #the product was not shipped at the time I was told. It’s unfortunate that it appears that I was misinformed twice.

It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my order. To begin with the order was wrong. Two rugs in grey that I didn’t order. I called and they said they straightened everything out but I still don’t see that the order is correct.

Advertising not clear enough.What i thought would be less than $50 turned out to be more than double that amount. I canceled the order. Afraid to try it again.

I haven’t gotten my mats yet. I will gladly up my stars when the product is drlivered

I have reviewed Muddy Mats previously however need to share the delivery experience. My first order of 3 mats around September 1st was delivered some weeks later with only 1 mat. I emailed them & they amended the order to now deliver 2 mats. I waited and then another 1 mat was delivered. I emailed them again and finally on the 4 th November my order was finally completed. Never again will I use this company to purchase a product that I actually like. Communication is excellent however the delivery process needs fixing.

Received them and have bought muddy mats before but these were much better quality than these. Even the backing seems alot thinner than the others.
