I wouldn't even give this company 1 * if i had the option. I ordered two $15 rugs and they charged my account $71. I immediately checked the order and they had added additional items to my order. Within minutes I requested to cancel my order and they did not respond until the next day. At which time they said it was too late to cancel. After much back and forth they finally sent an email saying to keep the addition items and they would refund me for them. A few minute later I received a refund confirmation with the amount of refund and stating it would show on my account within 10 days. It has now been 19 days and there is still no refund. I have reached out and was told to give them 24 hours to resolve and they would contact me with the answer, that has now been 4 days and still no response. They also claim these basic rugs are a "custom order" so PayPal will not help, even though all I want is to be reimbursed for the items I did NOT order, which are not "custom". This company is scamming people by adding things to the order trying to upsale. And then promising refunds that they have no intention in giving.

this mat does not work like they claim My dog comes in with wet feet and I can follow his steps after walking across the mat. Very deceiving

I’m so disappointed in this company. I have five of these beds for my Pugs and I was in love with the beds. They have now changed them to a very cheaply made bed where you get hardly any stuffing at all and there is no Velcro on the back. It comes with a very tiny zipper on the back and the beds smell horrible. The inner bed is no longer a nice material that will last. It is also a very cheap material that will not last. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the cloud nine bed and I am so disappointed for my Pugs. When I received my fifth and final bed today, it had a fourth of the bed filled with stuffing and the rest was empty. They did offer to send another one, but if they are being made the same as the one they just sent me, I do not want another one. Please Muddy Mat bring back the old beds! I have always had the saying, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

I can't say anything about the product cause I never received it. I can however say their overall customer was frustrating and lacking. I had to provide information repeatedly, correct them when they tried to charge me shipping twice, call them out when I was charged for FedEx shipping only to have my purchase go thru Speedex and when I asked about that, it was completely ignored. In the end I got a refund, but going thru the headache to get there was ridiculous. I was really looking forward to trying these mats out, so I hope whoever ended up with my order enjoys them!

I placed an order for mats only. When proceeding to check out I was offered bath mit, towel, etc., when I declined, it said “you must not care about your pet” then my card charged my card $139 instead of $50, I immediately sent 2 emails to cancel my order because it was not correct, but emails were rejected, I do not need, nor can I afford the additional items sent. In fact, they can have it all back in exchange for a full refund & paid return shipping. I do not wish to do business with a sketchy, dishonest company. No reference number or invoice was provided. Only packing slip enclosed stating rugs I ordered and random items they added to my cart.

It is absolutely 100% ineffective. It does not stop mud or water. This no better than a regular rug. Don't waste your money. 100% rip off.

I was so excited to try this with my dog and to no avail it does NOT work like it says. Luckily I only bought one to try and will not be buying anymore. I took a short video of the mess left behind after my dog walked over the mat, but looks like I can’t share it. NOT impressed at all with this product!

I would leave zero stars if possible. I bought 3 of these duds!! This is the wet season in Colorado & my house is a mess: my couch, my bed & all my floors. My poor dog's feet are muddy & wet after every walk. I bring him across the mats & nothing. I still must clean his feet & dry him off w a towel every time!! They may be great for absorbing water after a human showers absolutely NOT for muddy dog feet!! Do not waste your money if you are buying for your muddy dog!! Where can I post pictures?!
