I would give a minus score if I could. Ordered 4 mats at the end of November, 3 for Christmas presents. Two of the mats are smaller than ordered ... it's very clear that the product code is incorrect so the items ordered are not the items picked and sent. Asked how to resolve the obvious error ... had to send evidence of the packages and then asked to provide pictures with a measuring tape to demo sizes. After doing all that, they've refused to correct the error as it was more than 7 days after delivery when I raised it ...despite the fact that I explained these were not opened as they were Christmas presents. Basically told tough luck, we have your money and you're not getting what you paid for. A complete fraud as I can't imagine I am the first person this has happened to and the flaw still exists in their systems. This would be otherwise described as theft ... each mat ordered was £20 more expensive than that received ...how is that anything other than theft? I am going to raise a dispute with my credit card company as the silence is now beyond a joke. Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give a minus score I would have. I saw the advert on the TV and went online to order one medium Muddy Mat. The order process was straightforward but at no time did it mention delivery charges, until after I had submitted my payment details - I immediately closed the webpage and did not confirm payment. I was horrified to be notified by my credit card company that I had been charged for the mat + £3.99 postage. I had not, at that time, received any confirmation of the order via email so assumed the order had not gone through. I immediately emailed the company to ask for a refund to my credit card. The order then appeared in my email box. I have repeated my request for a refund daily, the company then tried all types of discounts to try and make me agree to keep the mat, but I kept insisting on a refund. Today they said the order has been sent and I will have to return it for a refund, and pay return postage myself - what a disgrace!

Charged tax when said it was included, sent the wrong mat refused refund of full amount and postage even though they were in the wrong. Gave constant run around and now left with the wrong mat at a cost of twice what I expected for the correct oen. I advise you not to use them.

If I would have known it would take two full months after ordering to (hopefully) receive the order, I would have not purchased. I ordered in November, and it is supposedly finally shipping but won't arrive until mid-January. It would have been nice to have this message on the website- the whole purpose of ordering was to have the mats during Christmas when my daughter visits with her two dogs. The address on their facebook page shows as Los Angeles, California, but my tracking information is coming from China. They also have multiple FB pages under different categories- home improvement, pets, home decor, animal shelters... I wish I would have researched before buying.

They price it at one level, upsell you other bits (which I clicked on thinking there'd be a time to check the full bill & amend), add on shipping, BUT take your money before you see the full bill. They process the transaction IMMEDIATELY so you can't cancel it. I emailed backwards and forwards. Eventually they refunded me 50%, BUT I still ended up paying over £20 for a glorified bath mat. There's nothing special about this mat for dogs or anything otherwise. Don't be foolish like me - read the REAL trust pilot reviews first and AVOID!

I'll be Very Honest ! I ordered $159 + last Christmas for gifts I Not Only Did Not receive the product But, I Was Still Charge and money withdraw From my account !!! They keep saying the product was delivered. I did not get it and if they package was delivered incorrectly That Is NOT MY FAULT ! BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS CO. !

Terrible scamming company. Do not buy anything from them. They charge you whatever they like taking a second payment from your bank or PayPal without authorisation completely doubling their charges. Read all the other one star reviews about the poor product, mischarging, lack of communication, the bogus free gifts and no refunding. They are all true. I wish I had read these reviews before I got charged over £80 for two bath mats. Biggest scam of the century. Do not use!!!!

It’s essentially a fraud. You got to place the order and it generates two transactions that are vastly over the advertised price. I would avoid at all costs.
