BUYER BEWARE!! If I could give a negative stars I would! The mats binding comes off when you wash them. And at the price you pay for them it should not happen. They do not stand by their products after 60 days.

Like others that have reviewed I was presented with a confusing, long-winded web page with constant popups, was charged before seeing any "checkout" screens showing me totals, they add ridiculous shipping and "sales tax" (we don't do that in the UK, VAT is included in the price, or paid on import). The mat feet are likely unnecessary, but I figured for 1.99 extra couldn't hurt - except they're 1.99 EACH and there are four of them, plus extra shipping and sales tax! Unbelievable, and this is not obvious on the pop-up. Absolutely disgraceful business practices, I have had to go to my bank to have my charges reversed as they refused to refund me even though I requested this immediately after the order went through and before a tracking number had been assigned (which is the point where cancellation is impossible). They keep offering me vouchers and waxing lyrical about how amazing their product is - I don't care, I just want my money back, I do not want to deal with such a dodgy company.

I placed an order with this company. The experience was challenging as there were lots of things popping up offering various special offers at every step. Long story short, I was charged 2 lots of shipping and overcharged for some rubber non slip corners which I didn't even need as the mats are non slip. I commented on their FB page and someone from the company said they really wanted to resolve this for me. I told them how they could resolve it for me...refund one of shipping costs and give me the price quoted for the corners. They said they would give me a $100 gift card ( sure they would) but I naturally declined as I don't want to order from this company again. They are now ignoring all my messages and still no refund. Steer clear of this company!

Do not use this company. Its fraudulent. I bought a mat from them advertised as £34. They took £57 from my credit card claiming the additional money was sales tax and delivery. We don't pay a sales tax in the UK. I instantly emailed them to cancel and request a refund. Over the next 3 days, they replied to my email trying to change my mind. Every time I responded instantly and stated I wanted to cancel and a refund. They sent the order anyway and stated they could not cancel after a tracking number was generated. Three times they were told to cancel and refund before the tracking number was generated. The cancellation Policy on their website is incorrect. Cancelling is not an option. Fraudulent company. Having to now claim the money from my credit card.

The mat does not work for my miniature dachshund. My carpet is still muddy next to the mat. I’ve also washed the mat to find it started falling apart and the first wash. Plus as other reviews state it’s difficult to dry. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Deceptive business practices. Promised a refund that never came. Avoid at all cost.

The customer service at this company is terrible. I attempted to purchase this mat through the company's website. Several items were misleadingly added to my cart during checkout, adding nearly $30 to my order. Within minutes of placing the order and seeing my receipt, I contacted the company and requested cancellation. Instead, I was offered a discount, which I declined and restated my request for cancellation. They offered another discount, and I declined again and restated my request. They declined again, and for the fourth time in 24 hours, I requested cancellation. At that point they told me they couldn't process a refund because it was not the same day the order was placed. Their only resolution option was to wait for it to arrive and send it back at my own expense. Don't give this company your money.

put it by my back door, where the dogs come in and out. When they come in with mud all over their feet, I make them stay on the muddy mat and have them circle a few times, when the step off the mat, the muddy paws track the mud from the kitchen to the living room carpet. Don't waste your money
