I did not complete my purchase but they took the money anyway. I emailed 4 times trying to cancel. I received no response. I have been charged £32 for a small mat and 4 grippers. WHAT A CON

Muddy Mat - have to mess about spinning a wheel, entering codes. Not finding the sizes you want. Then proceed to order and are asked about reduced price grippers - for non slip mats that are advertised as not able to budge. You go away to do some work and step away thinking ‘scammers’ and the order completes without it being fully submitted!! Then you won’t cancel the order. Then you offer $100 as credit for future purchases when order cancellation requested. Then you wait until items ship and then offer 30% off and suggest I keep the wonderful non slip mats. When you are told to give me my money back you offer 50% off. Then you waste time refusing to cancel and refund me and have the cheek to ask me to print off labels and pay for returns! Unsolicited goods with scamming tactics! Messages disappear on Facebook pages - screenshots taken for trading standards.

Saw an Ad with great write ups, needed a mat for the dogs, had an offer on for 3 for 2! I should have asked for a refund when I saw they had added sales tax which wasn’t in my final amount but was hidden until the payment came out plus I’m in the UK, we don’t pay sales taxes. I emailed and said I shouldn’t be charged sakes tax, they have some spiel about taxes… whatever I let it go. A month after my order I’m still waiting… the tracking shows it’s been stuck in transit for the last 11 days but they’re telling me it’s on its way with a courier but can’t tell me which courier!! And they keep extending the delivery time.. 10-15 days, then 15-20 days.. now 20-25 days! Asked for a full refund, was told I can’t get one as the tracking number has been created, they offered me $100 gift card and I can keep the mats. I’ve declined all offers and demanded a refund but I’m calling my bank on Monday and getting the charge returned to my account! Absolute joke of a company, customer service is abysmal and updates are made up from dreams! Avoid at all costs, buy from Amazon direct or better yet buy loads of cheap towels and dry your fur friends as they come in.

Avoid at all costs. Would have rated minus. Dreadful service, didn't address my concerns, just fobbed me off. My bank fraud team contacted me because the transaction was suspicious and I had been charged for international delivery plus additional tax. The bank blocked my card which was inconvenient but they were being vigilant on my behalf. Wanted to return it but you have to pay for the return cost, they then decide whether they will refund you or not. And if you bought it on 'special offer' then they won't refund so be aware. The product is average for something that cost £39.95 plus £7.99 for delivery. Wish I'd gone straight to Amazon who have the product, £10 cheaper and free delivery. Or look at better alternatives. Wish I could give a minus review ,was scrolling facebook and ended up on their page as I must have touched it while scrolling ,I was trying to leave and all these pages kept popping up and then I saw a notification saying I had paid almost £80 I didnt order anything I was trying to leave I emailed immediately to cancel and got all this rubbish about giving me a giftcard or a discount I repeatedly said no that I didnt want anything from them ,this went on for 3 days and countless emails ,I pleaded with them not to ship it as I wanted to refund my money but no it was more rubbish offering giftcards they shipped it and said it was too late to cancel as it was now shipped ,the parcel was left in a garden and I never received it ,the courier said contact company for a refund 🤣 they said it was delivered i explained no it wasnt and the courier admitted they made a mistake and would speak to the driver meanwhile muddymat are saying return parcel to china and pay postage despite me sending copies of emails from courier company showing it was lost ,how do I return a parcel I dont have? Absolute rubbish deceitful company avoid them oh and I was charged £36 for 4 non slip stickers for corners of apparently non slip mats

Just like everyone else, I was charged twice for shipping and also over charged for the rubber grippers. Thanks to these very helpful reviews, I was able to cancel in time and receive a refund. The woman on the phone didn't want to let me cancel and kept arguing that I wasn't charged twice for shipping when I clearly was. This company definitely operates with shady business practices.

What a waste of money! Delivered VERY late and the mat is not even worth it! It got damaged after only one wash and they refused to do anything about it!!!!!! LOL. SHAME ON YOU

Ordered 2 mats, only one was delivered (in Jan) and we were told the other was out of stock. We were given the option at that time to wait for the one we ordered, one of another color or a refund. We chose to wait, now we are being given the run around. We will probably never see the other mat we paid for!!
