Sent wrong colors !! Had to return take pics of sku, write letter and email tracking #. What do they do ?? I even paid $18.49 for return shipping!! More than one of the rugs . Just go somewhere else that treat the customer better!!!

This company is HORRENDOUS to deal with! I want to return x1 small mat as no longer needed... OMG .... A string of emails basically offering anything but my money back!!! It is the worst company I have used in recent times 0% customer service, no one listens!!!!

They sent the wrong color. No problem, it happens. However the return policy and steps are awful. You have to take photos including all shipping labels, email them with information . They do not send a return label. You have to return the item at your own expense and bring it to the shipping center. , and shipping was not reimbursed. I had to go through PayPal dispute even after returning the unopened rug. All the inconvenience and unreimbursed shipping costs for something that was their error.

Nice rugs, horrible company. I ordered 12 rugs of 3 different colors. Five were delivered in the wrong color. Contacted customer service to have exchanged for the color I ordered. I was told to take photos of each rugs SKU and packing list. Received no packing list, customer service said no problem. Emailed photos to company so they could approve my return. Received email from them with return shipping info. The credited my credit card with $6.99 for shipping. Went to USPS, UPS and FedEx, all wanted over $45.00 for shipping a 11 pound box. Sent email back to customer service asking if they were going to cover the remaining shipping charges. They never responded. So, here I am stuck with 5 rugs in a color I did not order. Beware, if you have a problem with your order customer service is the worst I have experienced.

Ordered from them once over two years ago. Rug was a little over-priced but fine. Problem is that they have harrassed me ever since with texts and emails. Reporting their contact as spam and trying to unsubscribe does no good. This company is scammy. You can buy this style of rug at your discount department store for a lot less money and no forever harrassment.

I put in an order 7/31 against my better judgement after reading some of the shady reviews. I got a payment confirmation email but still have not received shipping information. The payment process was terrible - you’re prompted to pay for like 20 other things before you get to the page where your order is complete. Worst part: the next day I had several fraudulent charges on my credit card, and this was the only recent purchase I made on this card. They do not keep your information secure, maybe actually even sell it. I would like a refund. Edit: my mat arrived, I never received shipping info, it just showed up. Still upset about the lack of info security.

I have bought 3 muddy mats and they are all different. Still have muddy paw marks and I only have cats. I recently washed one, it was outside in 30° heat all day, still wet in the evening so put it out again the following day, all day!! Not impressed.
