Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I purchased Muddy Mat for $75.00. The first time I washed them the binding unraveled and came apart. When I contacted Muddy Mat they told me I was outside their 90 day warranty and refused to replace my mats. I have a permanent residence and a summer home so I was back and forth between that 90 day period when I washed the rugs. I would never recommend this product, the quality is not worth the price they charge.

I had ordered muddy mats a few months ago and they sent me two rugs of the incorrect color. I had to go send them back on my dime which was 17.10 and they were supposed to reimburse me. I have contacted them many times and they blow me off! Lame company if you ask me!

No address to return an item in the UK?

Believe me folks believe all of the reviews that say this business is sleazy. I bought a rug they sent me the wrong color. I tried to return it. It’s one of those deals where they say well keep it we’ll give you 20% off ok 30% ok 40%. No it’s the wrong color you sent the wrong thing I want a refund so now I have to fight through PayPal For my money back. Stay away from this company.

I cannot rate this product since I just received it. But, this company has some of the worst customer service practices! First, I was charged "processing fee" for what was promised as a free gift. These muddy scrubbers...funny how they look identical to some dishwashing gloves I got at Walmart. Got my order in and, of course, was missing something. The rug grippers. Now, they want all this documentation...pictures of what I did receive and the packing slip. So dumb and pointless. You have the receipt and my money and, now, I doubt, I will get the rest of my order. What a scam! I will never order again...don't even care if the rugs are as great as they say.

This company is a scam. All the reviews all show the same mat. The same mat they sent me, even though I purchased a beige runner. There is no way to leave a review on their website. No way to “find your order”. When emailed they sent me a generic email asking for a picture of the slip of purchase, which of course is what they sent me NOT what I ordered. Company is a SCAM do not buy… unless you want a $40 18x28 grey mat bc that’s all you’ll get, if you’re lucky!

So I ordered directly from MuddyMat $75 runner 9/23/24... Apparently I should've just ordered from Amazon because that's how it was supposedly shipped. 10/1 my package left San Bernadino warehouse, 10/1 my package is still waiting on pick up by USPS. Today is 10/7, after numerous emails and MuddyMat can't read their own tracking. They are telling me it's been shipped. IT HASN'T... I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND ALL I AM GETTING IS THE RUN AROUND... Next time order from AMAZON.

Absolutely horrendous return experience. The product is decent but they do not honor their 60 day money back guarantee. I purchased three of these products. I planned on keeping two and returning the one that does not fit under my door. Trying to return is impossible. Every day for the last seven days I have gotten an email offering a better discount if I keep the item and no information on how to return. I continue to ask how to return and nothing. I finally threatened to return everything and was asked to provide pictures of the product, skus, and original packing list. Still no direction on how to pack and return. I cannot believe more people are not complaining about similar experiences. Never before have I had such a horrible experience.
