Muddy mat is a scam.. They have all of these charges that are not mentioned until after you provide your credit card bill. Lots of pop up screens, selected No Thanks for each one, except the last screen for a FREE Rubber Scrubber glove. Wasn't free at all, they charge you $9.99 after you add your credit card info. Disputing transaction with bank and emailed Muddy Mat to cancel order. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS !!!!!

First ever wash, removed pillow from cover and put on washer after reading pillow washing instructions. The pillow burst open, filling washer with pebbles of stuffing. What a complete ridiculous mess. Wasted 90 dollars. Disappointed and sad. Not a quality product. Don't waste your money.

Bought a large map... Has anyone come across finding tiny black bugs deep in mat?? I vacuum 2 3x a day because I keep finding these tiny black ( what I thought were spots) but end up being the tiniest black bugs, which I never ever had a problem with. Even used vacuum appliance pieces trying to get down deep and the just keep coming...SO DISAPPOINTING!!

Muddy mat is a scam.. They have all of these charges that are not mentioned until after you get your credit card bill and then you call them after disputing with the credit card company and then they refuse to give any money back.

Videos claim dogs come in with dirty wet feet, walk across the rug and magically, the rug soaks up all the dirt and moisture. Reviews were great so I bought one. My dogs go out, heavy dew on the grass. They come back in with wet paws...walk across the mat and into the kitchen...leaving wet paws prints all over my clean floor. I usually just keep a bath towel laying at the back door for them to walk on, but it doesn't look nice, so wanted to try the rug. Towel works 100% better and much cheaper.

I wanted to give no stars at all, but I can't. I ordered this rug, and it doesn't work for my door. I can not close the door. Now, this is not the mat's fault, but it's not mine either. They are putting me through the worst time to return it. THINK before you buy from this company

Bought on 31/10/24. 2 days in and they don’t do their job! I can only assume all the great feedback don’t use them to their advertised ability. Really poor quality and funny enough their contact details don’t work when you complain!

Expecting company, I did a total house cleaning and floor mopping. Put down the muddy mats and when my dog came in from being outside on a barely damp ground, paw prints EVERYWHERE! Had to rush to mop again. In my opinion, the commercials are highly misleading! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
