I had ordered a large mat for the patio door and it is working out exceptionally well. I ordered the drying shammy and waited for over 21 days and it had not left the transfer port. Called customer service and they got a second shammy out immediately and I received it within a couple of days. Was very happy with the response of customer service. Both mat and shammy are quality products and would recommend.

It had not occurred to me to measure out what the size would be of the small MuddyMat mats, so I had initially been disappointed in the size (but that had been my own fault for not measuring what the size would be). I was also a little saddened that the MuddyMat was too thick (too tall) to be able to fit under my front door in my entryway when I opened the door. So, the MuddyMat that I kept is now located inside my entryway but beside where the front door opens. I gave the other 3 MuddyMats as presents to friends who do have doggies in their families. At one family, their kittycat has claimed the MuddyMat as his new bed. I have since then ordered the MeshMats for outside of my front door and outside of my back door; and ordered a Medium size MuddyMat for inside for near my back door entrance. By the way - your advertising people are submitting excessive advertising, to the point of being annoying. Please tone down your advertising. When I was trying to place an order for the Mesh mats, the barrage of commercials for the MuddyMat products had made it almost impossible to find the listings of any of the other products of your company.

I would have given it the highest score but, I still have not received my free gift for ordering 2 mats

We now have 4 matts and are happy with them. Would rather only have 3 but we could not get the size we wanted from the Canadian site so I had to get 2 small to make the size we needed. Matts are great and work as we need them. Still sad the Canadian site offers so few sizes.

Well I had to buy two of them cuz the first one bed was too big for my dog way too big.. And now the second one is way too small You need something in between the small and the medium.. So I gave the bigger one to my daughter. And I kept the smaller one for my dog.. But there seems to be a problem with both of them.. neither dog can actually lay on them.. It seems to be a balancing a two poofy in the middle.. So they only sleep with their heads on the edge of them.. That's not right and they won't get on it to break it in so they'll go down It won't be as poofy.. So I think I'm going to have to open it up and pull some of the stuffing out.. A Mamas got to do what a mama's got to do.... Just thought you should know.. hopefully this will work.. I accidentally ordered too many rugs. The phone app did not give me an option of change or cancel the order so I had to wait for a return. This took several emails but they did honor their warranty of return for any reason. The mat itself is good. I am very pleased with the product. It is thick, durable and does not slide on the floor. It absorbs water well. Worth the money

When placing an order And you have it shipped to a PO Box it may take a little longer. This is what happened in my case. My post office is a satellite post office, which is not open on the weekends so my package was returned, but we contacted Muddy Mat and they were on top of it The only problem that we did have was muddy mat grip slip stickers. They need to be improved. Need more exposure to the corners to lift the tape off the sticky part that goes to the back of the Muddy mat We thought 2 of them we could not put it apart

I first got a muddy mat to use as a bathmat (great selection of colors!) and was so happy with the quality and comfort of the product that I got several more for the house for various pet uses. A small mat recently absorbed a large dog bowl of water that spilled on it. I was able to carry the mat to the laundry room without leaving a trail of dripping water. The mat absorbed and held all of the water! Amazing! Also love the outdoor mats. Keep the great products coming!
