I ordered 3 mats 10 days ago. CC has been charged, packing label made a week later and still my items have not shipped. The person on the phone could not or would not give a date as to when it would even ship. You can't email as the email address on the website and in the emails that they send are all bad. What kind of company charges your CC and then has no idea when they will send your product. Will be calling my CC company to cancel. Was looking forward to trying these out has I had heard good things. They come across as a scam to me...hopefully I'm wrong. I do not trust them.

Doesn't deserve 1 star; I paid for express shipping on my order placed December 8th; order has not shipped. Today is December 10th; if you pay for FedEx Express you would think it would be shipped by now. Customer service gives you the run around; basically a pile of bull hockey!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I got double charged, I was told that the charge for the washing gloves which were supposedly free would be removed. I was told after I told them I was going to cancel my order that they were going to give me 40% discount. That would have made my total $27.72. I was charged a total of over $88. When I told them I wanted to return everything they want me to pay shipping. What a rip off. I hope nobody else goes through what I did. I bought these to use in my trailer I am living in after my house burned down in a wildfire. And they are sitting unopened at my husband's business where I had them delivered. I asked Muddy Matt to provide return postage, and they told me they would not, that it was not their policy. They oversent, they overcharged, they are a total rip off. And I have yet to even open the package to see what's inside. The package was shipped through FedEx, and the photo that was sent to me of it looks like it was run over, seriously. Anybody wants to see my correspondence with the company or the photo of the package I will be more than willing to share. Don't buy this product , this company does not care about you

The mat arrived…it’s a bath mat. You can get the same product at TJ Max for $12.99. Their policy states a 60 day return policy’s but they will make it as difficult and annoying as possible to return first offering a discount to keep, then requiring photos of the items, the packing material, the order and ship information. I’m still waiting for them to give me a return address and abide by their return policy. The worst customer service experience.

Ordered on 11/20/24. Today is 12/6/24... no mat. Tracking says it went from TX to ND, I'm in CO. Who knows? I wrote customer service and received some ridiculous run around email that basically said nothing. Don't order from this company.....

We bought 3 rugs. They weren't the size we wanted. We asked to exchange them. Responded to the email they sent about the exchange. Never heard from them again.

If I could give a zero I would, poor customer service, express delivery paid extra for still took over 2 weeks to get. They don't collect the dirt and mud as claimed still have tons of paw prints across my floor and even order the largest mat since I have 3 dogs. They are not anti slip. Don't waste your money like I did

You asked me to review your product when you haven't yet gotten it to me! Of course my review is pending, if you don't like it you won't post it. Or you will alter it! I finally got a package from them, but it is NOT what I ordered. They still refuse to fix the problem. Don't order. It is not worth your risk.
