on 12/16 I placed an order with Muddymat. On 12/23 they sent an email the order had been shipped FedEx. I tracked the order thru 12/27 which showed it hadn't left the shipping facility. In other words, hadn't been shipped! On 12/27 I called Muddymat & sat on hold for 25 minutes until I was connected with a customer service person. That person told me that due to the Christmas holiday, FedEx hadn't picked up the package!!!!! I can assure you, this was NOT the fault of FedEx!!! This will be my LAST order with Muddymat! I cannot tolerate a company that won't take responsibility for their mistakes!! I will not do business with a company that BLAMES another company for their mistakes! NO WAY! and by the way..I would have put this review on Muddymat website, but what do you know..there is no place to put a review!!

They are deceitful about the cost until after the credit card information has been submitted. My order went from $59 (and some change) to $92.98 after they tricked me into adding $1.99 rug grippers that turned out to be $23.88 on the final tally. It seemed reasonable that the order would then be in the $60-ish range, not suddenly in the $90s AFTER my payment was submitted. It kept having me click through screen after screen trying to add on products and additional shipping fees. Once they already had my credit card info there was no going back. I absolutely regret falling for this scam.

Ordered a set on 12/13/24. I was told it was processed and it was shipped on 12/14.24. As of 12/24/24 at 6:17 pm it is still at the same location it was on 12/14/24, Terrible!!!!

I ordered a personalised mat on the 3 rd November and after many many Emails it still hasn’t arrived, they said it would take 40 days from the preview of the mat which was the 8th November and i an still waiting, sent another Email 2 days ago and heard nothing. Really disappointed doesn’t look like i will get the mat or get a refund either.

What a waste. Ordered on 17th, they promised delivery on the 20th for Christmas. We are on the 22nd eve and they haven’t even dropped it on to shipper. Their customer service says it takes 10 days. What happened to the 3 day delivery promised. Looking on temu, the same thing is so much cheaper. Do they buy from there, when delivered, rebrand and send out?

If there are positive reviews about this company, they are fake. My mom ordered a rug a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They gave her a $25 gift card for the delay. I used it to order a pillow for a kennel. They charged me full price and didn't take off the $25. Plus when I ordered the pad, it said "order in 10 minutes and you'll get it by Dec. 22". That was yesterday. They're telling me it's ready to ship today. I am 100% sure we will never get the products we ordered.

I purchased 2 of these mats because my backyard gets so muddy when it rains. I have 3 dogs and I have even placed the mats in front of each other trying to make it longer that they have to walk on when coming in from outside. The mats are constantly sliding every where so all day long I'm fixing them and putting them back into the place where they belong. My 3 girls Callie (Pit/Cattle Dog Mix,) Maggie (Border Collie Mix,) and Kinsley (Border Collie) come in from outside when and with muddy paws especially Kinsley walk across the mats, and keep tracking all of their muddy paw prints across the floor. They Don't Work At All. I Left A Review just like this one on their actual website and they took it down and asked me why I didn't contact them about the problem. These Mats Don't Work Please Don't Waste Your Money Like I Did. They are Not Cheap.

I ordered Muddy Mats for gifts for Christmas. I got an email saying they were shipped on 12/16/24. I have written 5 emails to the company for information and gotten no reply on tracking information. I sent one today telling them to cancel the order and refund my money. This is awful that they don't reply when they say "Just contact us we are here to help" NOT REALLY!
