Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have the 24" x 36" Matts, in Sand, at each entrance door into my house. They work WONDERFUL! By the time my Poodle/Doxie mix walks over them her paws are clean and so is our hardwood. Now, ouc cat, Kitty, I know, I know but I didn't name her, has decided she has no use fo the little box. SHe wants tho one room with carpet instead. So I bought two 24"x 36" Pde pads thst cover the "chosen area" on the carpet. They are working great. I know my next purchase is going to be a 2' x 7' Washable Area Rug in Navybelle for our bedroom. LOVE this product and the fact they are washable makes them evern better.

My dog loves his bed. I bought one for his girlfriend and it was defective. Customer service immediately took care of that and they’re sending me out a new one. A wonderful company to work with.

I purchased the medium Red Muddy Mat bed for my 13 pound Tinki . She loves it. I am happy I got the medium even though it's big....she stretches out in it and looks so cute. Love the quality and it will be easy to wash the cover. As an aside, I have the Muddy Mats bathroom rugs and mats for the back door. Love them too.

I ordered 2 smaller mat with the intent to set them at my bathroom counter. I didn't like it and decided to return for 1 larger mat. When I reached to customer service, they were very prompt. They offered me to keep the mats and give me a gift card toward future purchase. This was great as I can repurpose the mats in another spot in the house and order the larger mat for my bathroom. Win, Win! The products are excellent and work exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Muddy Mat!

We purchased 4 Muddy Mat items because we had heard good things about the products. When our order arrived, it should have been 4 items but we only received 1 item. Wasn't really sure about what to do. We waited a few days in case the remainder of the order might come but it didn't. I was contacted about my satisfaction with the order and I conveyed to them that my order was incomplete. They requested a copy of the packing slip which I provided. Within am hour, they apologized and are sending me the rest of my order. That is above and beyond service after the sale. The item we did receive works perfectly as claimed. I won't hesitate to do business with them again and strongly recommend them to everyone.

Excellent product

Our new cooling blanket is Bella approved. She immediately went to it and curled up and cooled down. Our Texas heat does effect her and your cool blanket helps tremendously. I totally recommend it to anyone who cares about animals and making them cool and comfortable. Thanks Frankie B Shiner, TX

I was treated in a professional, yet personable demeanor which made me feel valuable as a customer. I appreciate that.
