I ordered my mats on December 26,2024 and received a tracking number on December 28, 2024. It is January 6, 2025 and I still have not received my mats. The tracking status has not moved since December 28th and I have sent multiple emails and tried calling several times and have yet to be connected to anyone.

I read other comments of people being charged twice but I still took a chance. I was charged twice. Contacted customer service through email and social media and heard nothing. Call the phone number numerous time. It's only a busy signal. Nothing about shipping. I never even received a confirmation of the order. The only reason I had an order number is because I sent an email demanding it or I would dispute the charges. Then I discovered I was charged twice and then I never heard back from them. Definitely disputing the charges. Update number one They have contacted me three times with long patronizing emails. Each time I have told them I want the order canceled and my money refunded. They won't respond to wanting to cancel. This is a horrible company. They might have a good product but they have a horrible company. Update number two I'm actually shocked they replied to my email demanding yet again that they cancele the order within minutes. I sent them a reply back telling them I want to cancel the order in five different ways. This way it is absolutely 100% clear I just want to cancel the order. I don't care how good the product is. When I ordered, it stated that my order would arrive by a certain date if i ordered within x amount of time, I even paid extra for shipping...still waiting... Customer service does not answer calls, just how busy are they on a Sunday morning?? After an hour waiting for an someone to answer, I gave up. I'm going with "scam", or just a very unreliable company!

You can answer my emails for one thing. I ordered two + one free one rugs and have not received them yet. Ordered them on Dec.28 My computer will not let me track them. Thanks

One of the worst experiences with dealing with a company. I started an order with Muddy Mat on line on 1/2/25 @9:32am. I wanted to show my husband what i was thinking of buying it..my granddaughter was climbing in me and accidentally hit the order button. I immediately went on the website and told the company I wanted to cancel my order immediately and why. No answer was given back. I sent another email again telling them I wanted to cancel the order in full. I looked at my checkbook and found within the first 10 minutes they had ran my order through the bank. I again emailed them and called them and was put on a holding cycle until after 45 minutes I hung up. Again today tried calling same thing and as I type this I'm again on hold! This is the most irresponsible company i have yet dealt with.

Still have not received a confirmation or tracking number and customer service does not answer the phone,call you back or respond to emails. I paid $120.00 dollars for mats and no one will respond

Our order was never completed by me, but they finalized and placed the order. When I called their so-called "Customer Service" I was on hold for thirty minutes with no service what so ever! I have also contacted them via email unsuccessfully. RUN AWAY, DONT FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM!!!

I ordered 2 Muddy mats plus one free, and the web site kept asking me to add stuff which I turned down, finally they offered a free pair of washing mits which I decided to get since they were free. ANd I added $7.99 I believe for FedEx shipping. so the total should have been just under $78 but I got billed over $96 they charged me 9.99 for the mits that were suppose to be free and I have no clue how they came up with the total they billed my CC. And evidently they have lost my order because I got a tracking # 7 days ago but FedEx still does not have my package.
