VERY DISAPPOINTED!! A friend had ordered a muddy mat ( I liked the mats) and she has 2 dogs. I ordered directly from muddy mat for my 2 dogs. Paid in full with $14.99 express shipping. Here we are 10 days later, no order came and 3 emails , countless phone calls with ridiculous waiting times yielded me nothing until the 5 th time calling and waiting 30 minutes finally reached someone ( not in the U.S.). I was refunded my express shipping money and told my complain would be forwarded to sales manager. Other than that I’m waiting for my order. If the manufacturer reads this if your product is popular and cannot fill orders promptly you need to revamp your operations. JMO

One of the worst companies to deal with. 10 business days after ordering, I had to call to get my order “expedited”. A shipping label was created, then I had to call 10 DAYS LATER because the item just sat there. Customer service rep said she would forward to a different department for them to get back to me in 48 hours. I said no thanks, please refund my entire purchase. Cheaper and overnight delivery on Amazon. SO. FRUSTRATING. I tried to order direct but 3 weeks later, had to order from Amazon for overnight delivery. Website for muddy may still shows “shipping within hours”.

I purchased a Muddy Mat for a Christmas gift. An offer came up to buy 2 and get one free. I paid for 2. I received 1 mat. No invoice or return label. I have emailed and called numerous times requesting the second mat which was paid for and my free mat or a refund. Other than 1 email asking me to send a picture of the mat I received there has been no communication. Emails and phone calls have not been returned. Would not recommend buying from this company. 1/28/25 After receiving the below response from this company I sent my order number and still have had no communication from this company. I paid a lot of money for 1 mat. Was expecting 3. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. After seeing Muddymats response to my comment I contacted them AGAIN and as of 2/21 there has been no response from them. No refund and never received the other mat I paid for or the "free mat" I was promised. If I could give no stars I would.

Took forever to final get my mats and when the did come weeks later. They sent me the wrong ones. Customer service is awful. Blamed shipping for the late transit time. Now waiting to see what type of excuse I got for the wrong mats!! So frustrating

I purchased 4 muddy mats to go atc2 different doors at my house. I hang dry and rotate the mats when they need to be washed. The mats were purchased to replace 1 mat that I had for about 10 years. It started to be not quite as absorbent and pretty as it was. I purchased the muddy mat because it looked like my original rug. They were not anything like the original, the corners of the edging fell apart. Very disappointing. The only thing worse than the durability of the mats is the customer service.

Scammy as hell, i ordered product that was in stock and 3 weeks later nothing, now they don't answer the phone! i disputed the charges so i'm off the hook , beware!

EXACT same experience as previous review: I ordered my mats on December 26,2024 and received a tracking number on December 28, 2024. It is January 8, 2025 and I still have not received my mats. The tracking status has not moved since December 28th and I have sent multiple emails and tried calling several times and have yet to be connected to anyone.

I would like to give a good review but as of 1/8 I still have not received my items. On 12/24 I received a email saying my order has shipped and here we are on 1/8 with no delivery date in sight. Absolutely horrible company sending emails to say things have shipped when they have not and won't be for another week. When you send a email you just get a bunch of unuseful information.
