Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I was significantly overcharged for my order. First, the rug grippers were supposed to be $1.99 each, and they charged me $7.96 each. Also, shipping was supposed to be free and to be delivered in a week. They charged me $3.99, did not tell my about the charge until after I completed the order, and said it would be delayed. This website has a very scammy feel. I should have paid attention to my instincts.

Note to Muddy Mat: You can have the best product in the world, and the best advertising in the world, but if your customer service is bad, you won't sell many mats. Your package tracking is inadequate. The only information a customer can get is the number of days it's been on the road. That information is useless since it just tells me how long it's been on the road. Your customer phone support is extremely poor. The first time I called, I was on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally got through, I was able to stay on the line with the customer service rep for less than 2 minutes until the phone was disconnected. I called a second time, and was on hold for over15 minutes until I finally had to hang up. I can't spend my life waiting to talk to someone about an order. I will never order again. I received my mats on 1/27. It took about a month for delivery. I did not receive a response from customer service until a day after my mats were delivered. Regardless, the mats are of good quality. However, I still maintain that customer support is horrible. I understand Walmart carries them. I would encourage you to get them from Walmart instead of online. I still would rate the company 1 star because of the terrible customer support.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased 3 mats all different sizes on 12/24/24. My order was delivered on 1/6/2025. The runner was only 58" rather than the advertised 60". I wanted to exchange the small mat for a larger one so I reached out to them the day they arrived but cannot get customer service to respond! Numerous attempts to contact them with no response!

Object to no mention of tax until payment page. It was an extra 20%

Doesn’t work at all waste of money !!! BS sales team too !!

I ordered 3 rugs. They added an extra charge for $18.00 with no explanation as to what this was. Tried to call and they don't answer the phone.

I made a purchase on their website after finishing my order they said I have a FREE gift the FREE gift was coasting me $9.00 so I cancelled my order because if it’s free it shouldn’t cost you anything they ignored my request to cancel my order they sent me another email to ask me to reconsider I said no I want it cancelled they ignored me again and shipped my order I would not deal with this company again

Worst customer service ever! I ordered my mats and they have been sitting in their shipping facility for a week now. I have contacted them through email and they have yet to respond. I am currently on hold (26 minutes) with their customer service department. I will never order from this company again nor will I recommend them. I spent over $100 on rugs that I never received.
