Order accidentally? got duplicated. Was told from company it was done through two different websites. Received second order one week after first. On phone to return second order over twenty minutes. They do not want to process return. The item is just ok, no different fron=m any other mat i have used. Would not order again and definitely don 't need two. The cost to return is expensive due to weight, they offered a 40% discount to keep second order but I simply wanted to return. Over 8 days and STILL no return instructions provided. Would never recommend.

I ordered my mats 2 weeks ago. Tracking says they were received by shipper, but I have not received them. I have sent two emails, but no response.

I keep being told to check back in 48 hrs to see where my order is now, it has been redirected again it should be there soon. I should have bought from Amazon instead of the Muddy Matt website. If you want to wait and wait and spend hundreds of dollar and speak to someone you can't understand than throw your money away here.

Very disappointed in the lack of response I've received to return the three mats I ordered. Be advised that the dark "navy" as shown on the website is actually royal blue 🔵. I received one email response asking if I'd take a reduced price to keep the mats, which I declined. I finally got a human on the phone Tuesday, after multiple unanswered emails. My request is "being reviewed" - which I interpret as I may not qualify for a return and refund. So I wait. You can buy these on Amazon and save yourself the hassle. As we all know, Amazon returns are a breeze.

Don’t believe the delivery promises. I ordered mine several weeks ago and it has been in one location for 10 days. Inquiries about my order have gone unanswered! Very disappointed with bad service.

i order 2 one large one small got 2 small they advertise buy 2 get 3rd free its a lie you wont get anything but they will harras you constanty saying they are too busy to respond what a mess also i washed the rugs on delicate and cold when i got them they fell apart terrible business suport terrible business but they will take lots of $ out of your paypal and you wont get it back when they fall apart

21 days since placing irder and still no delivery. No replies to many emails. Do not buy directly from them!

I ordered a mat because they are advertised a fitting under any door. They do not. when I found that the mat didn't fit under my door I had to go through the rigmarole of sending it back which Muddy mat don't make easy. Muddy mat only refunded me a partial amount keeping the "taxes" I presume they mean VAT as I paid for return postage. this is wrong. they will undoubtably re-sell the mat I sent back and get VAT on that sale as well thus making a nice little extra profit
