Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

The product is as promised. I bought two for use as bath mats and they fulfill that purpose nicely. They dry well but are not getting soaked. I liked the colors. They matched the picture. My biggest complaint echoes others comments about how long it takes to get even small rugs. I waited several weeks (over a month) to receive the 2nd one. USPS finally delivered it.

great product. and very good com

Accurate and fast delivery of my orders. I love these as bath mats, my feet are immediately dry! I also appreciate the decreased dirt getting tracked into the house. There are two mats, one large one and one medium) at the dog door, with an outdoor one outside. There are still muddy foot prints but way decreased. My dogs love the mitt during rainy days. I have some that haven’t been deployed yet for mats in my kitchen. My new sofa blanket is “sort of” protecting the communal love seat, I wish the backing had better cling to the upholstery. It’s fine when I’m home but is dog haven when I’m out for a while and is usually on the floor when I come home!

The only negative comment I can make is that it took forever for delivery. I live very rural so use a P. O. Box for 95% of my mail and deliveries. I believe Muddy Mat switched to FedEx and there was some problem. All I know is after several weeks I got an email stating that my Muddy Mat delivery had been transferred to USPS. Once that happened I received my bag in a few days.

Let's see. Great product. Not just for dogs! Got two grown boys that track in a lot of dirt, too! They are so easy to clean! Sometimes just a shake out the door! I most recently bought one for under the dog's water dish, for the drools! One that my CATS like cause it's on front of a heater! Comfy to stand on when I do dishes! So I have one at the door and in front of the sink, in my camper as well. Complimented a friend for having the larger one outside her door. Second friend said she gave in a bought one, too! I even checked Wal.... And they were MORE expensive for anything decent! Friend said that she saw them at the library cal ag center. I will have to go see what knockoff they have, and how much they increased the price Long story short...oops...too late... I LOVE ALL MY MUDDY MATS!

Some of the wording on the site is very hard to see, leading me to think prices were going to be lower. The AI customer support tried to get me to pay even more for something i didn't receive, but was on my receipt. However when i finally got in contact with human customer support we were able to work things out. I am pleased with my mat, and it has indeed helped me not track things into the house. However, the mat stays wet after a hard rain quite long, so i got a second for inside that dries off. I am happy with them even tho the website can be a little misleading about prices and hard for people with vision problems to see the real context. Good mats, bad website.

I gave 4 stars because the original order was misleading on the price of the rug grippers. But I contacted customer service and they cancelled that part of the order very quickly. Your Customer Service representative was very understanding and courteous. I have 2 of the dog beds and have been very happy with them & our dogs are also very happy with them

Love the product but do not buy from website. Return was a lot of hoops to jump through. Order from Amazon. This is my 4th rug (swap after 6 months bec I was the rug often and like it to look new). Ordered two of the outside mats. Our lil dogs nails got caught in them. Returned one of the outside mats and put one in garage.
