I ordered July 8. Today is July 23 and according to the website, my order hasn’t even been fulfilled much less shipped. How long does it take to ship a small dog bed?

Wrong color. Customer service is unsatisfactory tried to cancel and reorder right color within an hour couldn't be done. Would not cancel. So now I have to send it back when it comes Diane from Texas

1. They product that was shown demonstrates that in the back/ bottom of the bed, there is a place to take the cover off in order to wash the outside. This was not the case with what I received. 2. I paid a $ 14+ shipping fee for the product to be delivered faster.....no joy, I believe it mail via Pony Express VS Fed Express. The only tracking was from LA California to Charleston. Delivery was made by Amazon. 3.Everything about what you are selling and delivering is FALSE.

Don’t order from this company. Received the incorrect mats. Have been trying, unsuccessfully, to contact company with no response. Have placed a complaint with my credit card company.

The rubber backing peeled in little chunks when I washed them.

I own five of the dream cloud muddy mat dog beds for six of my Pugs and I had to have one of them replaced because unfortunately, they have replace the Velcro with zippers on the back and the zippers fall apart very easily. Now I’m running into the issue of when I’m washing the inside liner of the dog bed, which has also been replaced with a cheaper version. It’s coming apart at the seams and all of the filler is coming out in my washer. I am so bummed I have had this bed for less than a month and now I have no insides to it and I’m going to have to throw it away. I don’t understand why they would go with a much cheaper version when the bed was absolute perfection. I know they did it to save money, but I will be buying my dog beds at target from now on.

Commercial says throw in washer. Great. Threw both in dryer and backing cracked off. Waste of money Also they do slide. My new ones did
