I ordered and they were to ship within 3 days. After 2 days I received tracking information. I checked every day and the tracking app said "awaiting package from shipper". After 2 weeks I contacted them. Then again. Then again. I got several canned responses that basically said nothing. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. I would NEVER recommend this company. UPDATE: While I'm not changing my review or my rating, I wanted to update this. I filed a dispute with my bank and had then them dispute for me. Ultimately I received my money back. BUT yesterday I received the mats that I ordered. They were sent long after the dispute was filed but they were sent. The reason I'm not changing my review is that the company lied over and over before giving me an answer.

Didnt ship until I called/emailed them. Did not acknowledge these emails until the package was delivered weeks later. Color is not even close to what is described. Being a royal pain and taking big loss on return/exchange.

My purchase of 2 24x36 muddy mats has been extremely disappointing. I purchased them directly from Muddy Mat. First they are very expensive even using a promotion. Second they just don’t hold up. I followed the care instructions exactly and never put my mats in the dryer but always let them air dry. The backing which is what should be the best part of the rug is shredded on both rugs. I wish I could post pictures to show how poorly made they are. I can only use them if I have another rug or towel underneath. I would NOT recommend or ever purchase these again.

Please make sure you fully want the product as if there are issues, their customer service is zero. I orders a ‘dark grey’ mat that arrived very pale grey and was not suitable. They were obstructive about issuing a refund from the start which you do not expect online anymore. Was first asked to return to USA!! Then I asked for a U.K. return depot (as it had arrived from a U.K. depot) and was given an address not valid on courier return website. Totally unhelpful when asked for more return information. I’m now stuck with a product I do not want and no refund! Appalling experience, would strongly recommend you look elsewhere instead of ordering from here.

I ordered muddy mats on Facebook and before I could change all of the other stuff it tries to sell you it had taken my money while charging 4.00 shipping and some extra 10 dollar charge and the 1.99 no skid plates for an already advertised non skid mat were 15.92 for 2 of them. It wouldn’t just let me go back and take it off and just get the mats so I have to contact my credit card and cancel the whole order. I don’t play the add on game at all. Beware unless you want to spend 95.00 for 3 dog rugs.

I'm very frustrated with their non-existent customer service. I ordered a 24x60 runner in charcoal gray on Jan. 18. It finally arrived on Jan. 29 and it is the wrong color. I ordered charcoal gray and they sent a dark brown color. I emailed and received no response. I reached out via Facebook and got no response. I've called the customer service phone number multiple times, to listen to music and the occasional "please stay on the line" message, only to have the call end with no one ever coming on the line. I'm extremely frustrated, you cannot reach this company!

Fantastic mats. But all goes wrong when you wash them. Instructions say wash and dry on low heat. Which i did. But the non slip mat melted and made the whole mat mis-shaped and looking terrible. Customer service very very slow and eventually got back to me to say my 8 week warranty has expired . I bought them end of October 2024. So they can't helped. But I washed them once and now cannot use them. That's over £70 down the drain. They won't help me. What a disgraceful company and customer service. Stay clear. 9.2.25: update : muddy mat have been i contact and agreed to replace the mats.which is fantastic news and Glad they were able to rectify this situation.

This company should be making them in the USA not China.
