Muddy Mat was very timely in their response and shipment. The product is also quality.

Muddy Mat is the best solution I’ve found to catch messes that would have been tracked into my home. Muddy Mat is great even if you don’t have pets — they work great at catching kids messes too. I have one in front of the sink & it’s perfect. Muddy Mat’s customer service is excellent.

Good morning, I just to say, your company has been amazing to deal with. I had a few issues (not the company’s fault) I texted and emailed them. They answered and were beyond helpful and generous. I would recommend them. It’s nice to see a company with a heart and truly believes in customer service and loyalty Michelle Krampert

Received our mat four days ago and love it!! Well made and highly effective in cleaning little paws as clean as possible Three dogs +3 cats= 24 sandy, leafy, grassy paws! The loops on the mat help remove a lot of the “stuff” we all carry indoors! Thanks for a great product!

Great customer service and product!

After a somewhat slow start, & emails back & forth the people at this company came through & delivered my mats which I love btw. I had a couple that my carer put into my dryer on hot, & it wrecked the rubberized backing . It peeled off & was in strips. As I had gotten 6 I figured it was a salient lesson. During this summer they go outside on the line to dry, in winter I’ll try a couple on low heat for drying.
