Amazing customer service
Besides having a great product, this company has absolutely the best customer service I have ever dealt with! I'm 69 yrs old and made 2 very stupid mistakes on 2 different orders. They immediately addressed the errors and have now have one very satisfied customer!

Amazing and great for other uses
I bought these as they were originally intended to help keep my floors clean when the dog came inside and had wet dirty feet. I have also been wonderfully surprised that they work great as a puppy pad for the new puppy. And they are machine washable and dryable so it’s a win win for me

Great Mats and GREAT customer service
There were issues with the shipment of my order. I was very surprised at the AMAZING customer service. In todays world a lot of businesses are missing the human element. Maddy-Mat has the best customer service I have seen in YEARS. And that is the truth. The mats..the mats are better than I expected and I will order from Muddy-Mats again for sure.

Excellent Quality & Quick Delivery
Hello! I just wanted to send a quick THANK YOU!! Our MuddyMats arrived today and all of my anxiety about ordering from your company was proven wrong. The order came quickly, the product is NOT a knock off, quality is outstanding and the color matches the first rug that I purchased off of Amazon. Trust me the knock offs are not of good quality as I ordered a second “muddymat” off of Amazon and immediately returned it due to quality issues. This particular sale was an amazing value! We thank you, our dogs and home also thank you!! I will be recommending your company to all of my dog loving family and friends. Sincerely, Vicky Potter

Wow!
To be perfectly honest, this company made a mistake. I ordered two mats, one medium and one large. I instead received one medium and one runner. I contacted the company and they immediately sent the large size to me, and did not want the runner returned. The customer service was impeccable, polite and generous. I couldn't be happier that I chose this company.
