Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Ordered 3 large grey muddy mats for my kitchen, and I am blown away. While it's obviously not magic, these mats are 10x better than any other solution I've tried to cut down on 8 paws, and 4 little feet tracking mud and crud into my home. The difference is night and day with my new muddy mats. I noticed I missed their buy 2 get 1 free special, and the customer service was kind enough to give me a 25% discount on my next order for missing, so now I have 3 more on the way!

Customer service messaged me from a Facebook post I had submitted to help answer another person's question. I was unaware of a specific guarantee and they explained it and went beyond anything I expected. I was making a personal experience with product and was sad it didn't last long with my 7mos old puppy. (Labrador Border Terrior mix) After several communications, in end, I received a message a new runner was on the way. I did not expect a replacement. I thought I was only helping with product experience. Thank you so much to the person I had communications with.

I have several sizes of Muddy Mats and they are the best rugs I have ever bought! They keep dirt off my floors in our house. We have them in our RV because they work so well! I shake them out and they keep on picking up the sand and dirt. They wash up well in my washing machine, too. I bought a couple of them originally because we had small dogs, but they are so great, I bought more for our new house, our RV, and for our son and daughter-in-law's house. Highly recommend them!

This is the best entry mat on the market, hands down!!!!! It just does the job and I was so happy to have found it

These mats are the best. We have 6 so far. We have 4 dogs,2 small and 2 large. We have a lot of dirty feet, water drips from the big dogs drinking, and an occasional accident These mats have held up so well. Just throw them in the washer and you're done.

Muddy Mat was too small and so asked for exchange. Instead they had me keep the item and gave a $100 credit. I then ordered the larger Mat. Have been using both for entrances and exits. They are great. Just have to shake out and they look new.

I had a problem with my first delivery. I contacted your company and you fixed the problem and resent my order

I love the softness and easy to clean
