Ordered from website because of the buy 2 get one free. The free one isn’t the same size as the 2 I ordered. Got charged twice once for the rugs , once for upgraded shipping’s I didn’t purchase. Even with the so called upgraded shipping I still haven’t received the mats. It’s been a month the so called tracking website just stated ‘ undeliverable “. I called was told they were damaged and they’d reship. They never reshipped. Now I am trying to figure out how to get my money back.. lessoned learn never fall for the so called deals.

Shipping is an absolute joke. My order is now 3 days overdue. Muddymat did provided tracking # which makes it a joke as you can watch your order bounce from facility to facility state to state as if it's being delivered by horseback. 9 days 6 states and still hasn't made it from CA to TN currently in Indiana. Will NEVER buy from again!

I fell for this company BUT don't you! I ordered from them and 6 weeks later still waiting for my merchandise. There is no phone number to call them, 1st clue, email is only communication option. They are sympathetic but no help. My tracking number from Amazon shipping....hum, says they have been out for delivery for 7 DAYs, I live 15 min from the distribution center! Don't buy from this company! Calling my CC for a fraud complaint today!

I bought two Muddy Mats for my two little senior (ages 14 and 15) dogs. I was very excited when I received them but when I opened the package and fluffed them up, I realized that my dogs would not be able to climb up on them. I tried to get my dogs to go and lay down but all they did was sniff them, try to put their paws on them but then they walked away. I contacted Muddy Mats to return them but unfortunately, the packaging was mistakenly thrown out. Also, even if I DID have my original packing slip, I am responsible for paying the shipping to return to them. No free returns - YOU have to pay to ship them back. Muddy Mats has my order, and they were aware that I only had them about a week. They asked for pictures of the Muddy Mats which I provided showing all sides. After receiving the pictures, I was ghosted. I can't get anyone to speak to me. I tried several times to contact them but no reply. I was so hoping these would work out for my senior dogs but now I see that this company only wants to sell their product and once it's out their doors they no longer care about the customer. I'm sure it's a good product, but BEWARE. YOU will need to pay the shipping if for any reason you need to return the item and that's IF you can get in touch with the company. Now I'm stuck with two Muddy Mats that I cannot use and I'm out the money.

I loved our Muddy Mats until I washed them a few times, and they started to unravel. I contacted the company, still within the 60 days, and after many message back and forth, they offered me 10% off a new mat. I can get that offer any day online, so they were doing nothing for me. Several months later, I saw a FB ad for them pop up, so I left a review and suddenly they contacted me. Lots of back and forth and pictures sent, and their bottom line was… oh, you are out of the 60 day guarantee period. No kidding! My review was about the awful treatment I received when I was STILL within that 60 days!

Absolute scam company. I tried ordering a mat online, the price was $19.97. Spent the next several minutes declining every kind of add-on offer imaginable. I did accept 2 of the offers which should have added $1.99 to the order. When I hit check out the total jumped to almost $53 and there was no way to change it. I immediately called “customer service” to remove the additional charges and spent the next 15 minutes declining those charges over and over. I finally just told her to cancel the entire order and had to argue about that even more. Highly deceptive advertising and sales tactics. Be wary.

Absolutely does not work as advertised, a fraudulent commercial that is falsely advertising their product. They are simply no better than any other rug that looks exactly like them. We’ve been purchased the biggest ones we could find, but they simply do not remove the water or mud from the dogs paws no matter how long the Matt is moisture and dirt still remain on the dogs feet.
