I placed an order on July 21,2026 and have been trying to get the product for a month now. I have contacted the company several times via emails and calls to Customer Service and was told so many different things. I tracked the shipping and if it is correct the product has been shipped to several places, gone back to the original carrier facility only to be shipped somewhere else totally different, none of which are anywhere near where I am located.

The product I received is not what is advertised. The dog bed sent is a mis-shaped blob and not round as shown. Also your advertisement says to clean “Separate the Removable Cover & Cushion for Easy Care”. The product I received does not have a removable cover. Please refund my money.

I never received the order. No response from company. I ordered August 5th. The tracking said it’s been sitting in Illinois since the 9th, without and movement.

The mat didn't work the way they said it would and customer service is a nightmare. I'm pretty sure it's AI because you get the same rote responses and they ask the same questions repeatedly. Never again

I placed my order on the actual website and when it was placed, I was given a fairly quick arrival by date. My order was actually fulfilled by Amazon. When I finally did receive the order (much later than promised) it was incomplete. When I spoke with customer service they did offer to send the missing items. In mean time I opened the rug, and it was not as plush nor soft as they claim. I could feel every knot in the rug which was uncomfortable to stand on. I contacted customer service and had the order for the missing items stopped and requested a refund. I had to provide pictures of the items I received in order to have the refund started. It was explained to me that I would have to ship it back to their warehouse and they would inspect the items before a refund could be issued. All of which makes sense to me. I shipped them back on 7/3/26 and they received the box on 7/7/26. I called today to follow up on the status, and the rep had to check the system. After 5 minutes she was able to see it was received and she could process the refund. When I asked why there was such a delay, she said "we have been getting a lot of returns and there is a backlog" I asked if I hadn't called when would this have been processed. She apologized and said we have a back log because of all the returns. Avoiding giving me an answer. I would never ever purchase this product again nor recommend it to anyone!

We still have not received it. It's either been lost or stolen. Expected in 10 days and now been 18.

I am extremely disappointed in this pet bed. I purchased 3 medium size..they are nothing like the pictures shown. The filling is about a third of what is needed to fill this bed. It just lays flat on the floor and my cat refuses to lay on it. I can't believe I bought 3 of these terrible beds.
