Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Muddy Mat special: buy any 2 mats medium or larger and get one free. You can buy 2 xl mats but you only get a medium for free..... no where in their ad is this displayed. Only when you call customer service do you find out.... deceptive advertising. I did not place an order after talking with the CSR. I was told that I am now being told the details of the buy 2 get 1 free. That the free mat is only a medium one. I suggest you change your ad to reflect the exact details of the offer…

I ordered three rugs and only received one Update! Got a reply from the company and they are sending me the missing rugs Will update once I get them

I would give less than a one if I could! I ordered three mats in August. I was sent mats that I did not order or want. Took me almost a month to get a reply with a return shipping label. The mats were received by Muddy Mats in late September. They asked me what I wanted, I answered, they asked for a phone number, I answered. I have sent multiple emails since and haven't heard a damn thing since.

I've ordered the rugs before and been very pleased. However, I ordered a crate pad for my dog. When it came it was folded in half and that part that was creased will not lay flat. I decided to take it the mat out of the rug To see if I could straighten it. The zipper is useless. The zipper pull didn't have a stop so it came right off and I can't get it back on. Not good!

Order 2 matts one showed via some carrier arrived quickly. The other via Amazon after 12 days no item no shipping update. Called MM they will not replace for another 7 days. Will never order again from MM.

I ordered 3 mats and when I placed my order, was charged for 6 mats. I had to call and get a credit for the 3 extras.

Received one correct item and two incorrect. Sent pictures of sku on wrong items and was told I received both Muddy mats but they were some sort plastic mats. Horrible customer service and will be returning full order. Also will never recommend you to anyone. If I could give a lower rating I would!

Bait and Switch!! Or just outright lies! The current special is buy 2 at a discount, get 1 free. First, I purchased 2 large and was only offered the medium for free. That was nowhere in the advertisement. Then I'm asked to take a survey in exchange for a "free" gift. IT IS NOT FREE! On the next screen I see I was charged 9.99 for a pair of muddy mitts and there's no way to cancel the item or the order as it was already processed. I immediately email customer service and am still waiting for a response. This is really unfortunate as it's a good product but I am soured by this lie.
