Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I’m delighted with my muddy mats. I have them under our litter box. No stuff being spread all over the floor! I’ve got one under our automatic feeder too! So easy to clean. Very pleased with the service, they came swiftly after I ordered.

Items were added to my order when I tried to stop the delivery within an hour of ordering I received no reply. I am disappointed that I have had no response to stop this order

I have not received my mats yet, called customer service and was given a new shipping date with confirmation number. That was a week ago. Still no mats

I never received my package that they claim FedEx delivered it and there is nowhere on my property a package. They did not even take a picture of where they left it just a receipt that had my address on it. I am very leery of ordering anything on Facebook and if I do not receive my package, you will get a bad review. The lady I spoke to was very nice and she claims that they would send out another without another payment so I will see if that happens and if it does come, I will give you a very good report.

The shipment is showing delivered but it is not. Had to reorder. Show delivery around mailbox. That should have been delivered to the front door. That is a reason for someone to steal it.

Paid extra for faster delivery.. 8 days and still no mat. Tracking number will not work.

I’d give this company a low review. My story is a simple return request. My order was placed through the VYD site. I never received a confirmation nor a return label in the package. It’s taken 4 e-mail to ask for a return label. My reason was the item was not useful for me.

My entire order has been held up for weeks because they were out of a certain color of a dog mitt that was just an add on item. They never informed me until I complained that I didn’t receive my order after waiting aImost a month. I told them to send me any color mitt and ship immediately. I waited another day or so and they answered me again, saying they were out of another unimportant add on item so they were still not shipping my order. At this point, I think this company is either a scam or run by highly incompetent people. If they don’t have the minimum brain power to ship an order, I doubt they can make a decent rug.
