I had ordered a few things from Muddy Mat a few months ago. The dog beds were too big and I wanted to send them back and get the small beds. Instead of sending them back, Muddy Mat wanted me to keep them and send me a $50 e-gift card. I agreed. When I went to use the gift card the other day, I could not find it anywhere on our e-mail. I e-mailed Muddy Mat and let them know and asked if they could send another gift card. The next day I had a new $50 e-gift card in my e-mail. Thank you Muddy Mat.

I love Muddy Mat! I have several in my house and plan to get more! They really pick up dirt and are easily washed. Highly recommend.

My original order was midelivered. I notified muddy mats. They graciously resent my order and it has been received. I love mats and I love thier customer service. There will be another order later.

The easy ordering and quick receipt of my order. Absolutely love the rug considering I have 3 large German shepherd s going in and out ( one of them opens the door him self... ) it really does grab what's on their feet. Definitely will be ordering more!

We have a little 8 lb PomPoo. We bought a medium at first which he loves, but we needed a smaller one next to the desk. We bought the small. Our dog loves them SO much. We now have 5 around the house so he has his favorite bed in every room.
