I've ordered twice and each time I thought I was ordering the a 3' x 4' and I've received a 2x3 ft. not what I wanted or paid for :(

My order has not. Even delivered!! I’ve been waiting along time for it to come! !never get sent a tracker number so I never get to see where it is!! Not happy!!

I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is very poor. I wanted to make a return for a refund and they are so difficult to deal with and unresponsive. I am a long standing customer. The product is good. But I got the wrong sizes for one order and getting a refund is proving nigh on impossible. In response to your reply. This refers to order no ABC12E0DCE placed on September 28, 2025. You will find all my details on your system with the order - which has been returned but had not refunded.

I ordered 11/1/2025. I received a tracking # on 11/10 and advised it could take 3 days before I would be able to track the order. On 11/12, the tracking app advised me that my order would be delayed with no indication of HOW LONG the delay would be. I am still waiting. 9 days from order to shipment.

I placed a $333 order on 29 October I haven't received anything yet and I've called twice!!!!

You're asking me to write a review and I still haven't even received the product yet that I ordered Nov. 5th. I want to order 4 more, but want to see this one first. I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of my order!

This review is about the purchase process, not the product. At checkout, the add-ons and shipping prices were NOT honored and there was no "FINAL LIST & PRICES" to check before hitting the "PAY NOW" button (agreed to $80, charged me $112). Details: Offered Grip Corners, 2 sets @ $1.99, charged me $15.92 Offered FREE Rubber Gloves, charged me $9.99 I chose $6.99 Shipping, charged me $10.98 On my credit card, there were 2 separate charges, one for the Muddy Mats, $78, other for the extra items and shipping, $34. When I called to cancel, they tried to convince me to keep the order and offered a 35% discount, bringing me back to about what I originally agreed to pay! How is THAT an incentive? They did cancel my order and refunded in full before shipped so I did not have to deal with return hassle. Buyer beware. Update: I figured out that when they offered 2 SETS OF 4 GRIPPERS at $1.99 EACH, that was $1.99 FOR EACH GRIPPER. Very misleading. They should have stated 8 grippers for $1.99 each and noted what the regular price was (I never heard of these corner grips). But the FREE gloves were not free and they charged almost double for shipping.

I bought this mat because they advertise it helps with wet and muddy paws. It doesn't help at all!! My dog comes in when it rains and gets the floors all wet. Mat doesn't absorb at all. Gladly no mud is involved. Product is lousy. I also bought two other Muddy Mats which I returned. I was promised a full refund. I called after the 2 mats were received and was told I'd get a full refund. I've called for the last 2 weeks and was told refund processed. Today I was told they never even processed the refund but they will process today. Had I not called numerous times, I would never get my promised refund. Stay away from a company who doesn't stand behind their products, lies about refunding you, but more importantly stay away from a lousy product.
