Ordered a dog bed but didn’t receive confirmation that it shipped. My CC was charged so I called. Was told it had been out of stock, but was in stock and would ship. Now a week later and still haven’t received notice it shipped. I will be canceling the order tomorrow. I have ordered from them and I love the products. However, I’m not accustom to paying until an item ships and their lack of communication is frustrating. EDIT: called to cancel order, which hadn’t shipped yet. They refunded my shipping fee and issued a tracking # saying it would now ship from Amazon. Checked tracking # following day & it reads that a tracking number has been created. Still hasn’t shipped. It has been 2weeks as of today.

I see from other reviews that the delivery is sketchy. I ordered mine, received emails they were shipped and now nothing. Not even a response to my email inquiry. Been 10 days. I’m in Southern California where they supposedly are, so what’s the delay?

Don’t waste your money on the bed! Poor quality. Didn’t even last a month for dogs that like to nest. Very disappointing considering how much money I spent.

Ordered 3 mats, paid £56.79 supposedly being delivered by Evri. Received email saying order on its way and a tracking number. When I have been tracking the order it went from failed deliver attempt on 18th Nov to now suddenly delivered on the 18th! But no photo evidence surprise surprise! Needless to say no mats have been delivered and Evri complaints utterly useless. Absolutely no response from Muddy mats to my concerned email, it’s been over 10 days and obs do not have my order. I would avoid if you live in the UK.

Be careful. They’ll only tell you the expensive delivery costs at the end and take your money regardless. I tried to cancel my order, sent 3 emails within an hour of them taking my money which I didn’t agree to with the shipping costs, all were ignored and my order was shipped regardless. Really poor customer service and feels sneaky.

I wanted two Muddy Mats, one for inside the door and another in front of a chair. I went on line, and saw buy two, get one free. The website was really hard to navigate. I put the buy two, get one, in the cart at which time they offered the corner non-slip accessories and a "free gift." I said yes to both. The total was to be $39.90 plus $4.95 for the corners, plus tax. They gave me NO opportunity to see the total before I ordered, but I placed the order anyway assuming I was dealing with a reputable company. Total was supposed to be $47.55 including tax. Next, I received two notices that my order had been shipped. Okay, so far so good. Next, I learned that my credit card would be charged over $135 . How did it get from $39.90 to $135? Well, the "free gift" had a $9.99 handling charge and they added shipping, handling on other things.I called assured me they would correct it and I would be charged for $39.90 + $4.95 as originally agreed. I was credited to approx. $31 for the excess charges. About. 10 days later, a heavy package arrived. Everything had been doubled, 6 Mats, corners doubled + the "free gift." In addition, the mats that were supposed to be blue were green. Of course, they charged double for everything. I called and requested to return everything. It took two weeks and two or three calls, to get the return slip. All was shipped back & they received it 10/27/2025 according to FedEx. Three weeks later, no refund. I called again and they said they would do the refund that day. The total to be returned was $105. plus but they said they would only return $95 plus, the difference being the sales tax, I checked today and they credited my account for a total of $95+. So, to add insult to injury, they kept the sales tax! Beware! Beware! Beware! Not worth the hassle.

I ordered muddy mats and muddy beds on November 8. To this day I have not heard anything about my two orders. Wondering if this is a legit company???? Emailed them many times with no response. I am so disappointed.

Still haven’t received them yet and last message I got was Oct 31 saying package still not received by shipper, no other updates as of November 18
