I ordered 3 Matt's on November 15th 2025. They emailed me that my order would be delivered Friday November 28th. It did not show up and I did not get word it would be delayed. I tracked it and it said it was in West Jefferson Ohio, and stayed there for 5 days without moving. Now as of December 8th it has stated my order will delivered today, it has said this for the past 3 days. I have emailed them 6 times regarding this and I get no reply. I've called the 205-857-3028 several times and no matter what extension I push, it just rings and rings with no answer. So at this point I don't know if I'll ever get my rugs or if I lost my money. Buyer beware of this company.

Never received the order I paid for. Contacted their customer service team numerous times only to receive the same response from an AI bot. I do not expect to receive my order and this company is worthless.

I have heard a lot of great things about this product and wanted to purchase several muddy mat items. However, I have tried to order at least 2 different times and it will not allow my purchase because it will not deliver to my TN address.

I ordered 2 3x5 mats. 1 green, 1 brown with a free brown mat. I received an email with a shipping number. Only the green one arrived. When I called I was told they would send an email. They wanted information that I didn't have. There was no packing slip in the bag. I called again. Then they said it must have shipped together cause it only had one shipping number. So I get another email where I showed them just the green rug. Omg, then they wanted the sku number for a return. I explained for the third time I'm not returning, I just want my brown mats. That was a week ago and have not received an email back. When I call they say I have to respond to the email. That mat is not cheap. I will keep trying but I don't see any brown mats in my future.

Ordered my mats 3 weeks ago. Got an email back from them that said they are sorry and would expedite my order and send me a confirmation in 24-48 hours that was a week ago and still no confirmation or mats…

I ordered this muddy mat. Spent 145.00. It's been a week now. The order apparently still has not shipped. They give you a link to track it. Link doesn't work. I contacted them, they say they'll send an email when it ships. At this point. I would say. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! IT IS MY BELEIF THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I will be contacting my bank Monday morning in regards to fraud. And get my money back!

I could not even get hold of the company. 3 different phone numbers as shown on tv, lines didn't work or no answer at all. The web page was automatic, no choice to order, ready to take payment while shoving "buy 1 get 1" down my throat without even verifying my order or how many I wanted to buy. I got the feeling they are a garage business using a 3rd party phone answering system and not worth the rip-off potential. I gave up and won't be ordering 4 mats.

I'm very disappointed the mats I ordered was medium and what I received was small I ordered three of them and I thought I was ordering from the right place but who knows cuz I spent $57 when they're on sale
