My first review: “I thought it was a great product until I washed it for the first time. The stitching on the border came out ☹️.” Update: I did not expect a response nor did I complain directly to the company. However, their team quickly responded to my review and are sending a replacement even though it is past the 90 day window! I’m impressed. Hopefully, the replacement will hold together. If it does, I’ll give the 5th star.

The muddy mat reduced the tracking of cat litter to almost nothing. I have two cats and two litter boxes, and tracking has always been an annoying problem. Now that problem is solved. I’m very pleased.

When you offer B2G1, then have your stock on hand. Communicate with your customer. I don't mind waiting, but I didn't hear squat until I started commenting on social media ads. Then I was told,"your free color is out of stock". You have 3 choices: Cancel, accept just the 2 Mats or wait until the 3rd mat color is available. Receipt was 5 weeks from order date. I absolutely love my Muddy Mats in my bathroom for general use, plus we have cat litter boxes. Amazing product for catching litter but not transferring to people feet. Love the one in my foyer to catch the mud/leaves/water that the coir mat outside the front door didn't catch. Durable, easy to shake out or wash, no fading! Product is great,CS could use a tuneup.

The communication was timely and substantial. They resolved my issue and satisfied my needs. I will absolutely order from Muddy Mat again. I didn't give 5 stars because I wasn't happy with the mesh mat. It wasn't the right mat for me.

My dog seemed to like his 2 new beds by Muddy Mat. I haven't taken away his old beds yet so he can see he has all 4 beds for now. I'm trying to ease him into the new and ease him out of the old. I think the Muddy Mat beds are much better as they can easily be washed. That was a BIG plus for me! Eventually my dog will be using the Muddy Mat beds every day and night. I think these beds are a very good product. Thank you!

We bought these mats to help our little dog go up our RV stairs since his paws are always slipping. They work great for that purpose. They also work great at picking up any dirt, grass clippings, pebbles, etc. that may come into our RV from outside. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I'm constantly sweeping or brushing off all of that stuff. In that regard, it works great. I guess I'll just have to keep on cleaning those mats off. Great cushioning though. My dog doesn't slip on the stairs anymore!

This is an awesome company with wonderful products. I've purchased 3 mats and a cloud k9 bed for my frenchie and he loves them. They're worth it 👌🏾 Nina Herndon
