We have purchased several items from muddy mat- 2 door mats, 2 runners and 2 XL dog beds. Both of the runners are shedding After contacting muddy mats I was told that because the mats were over a year old there was nothing that they could do about the issue. If you order these mats please be aware that they are temporary. So far the door mats and dog beds are in good shape but the runners are not with the investment

Rugs are alright will see how they last. Was up sold non slip rug grips which don't stick to back of rug what a waste of money and time. Rugs stay down pretty well. Hate when a salesman up selling something that not needed and doesn't work

I believe they have false advertising. It states if you buy two mats you will receive 1 free. It is made to believe that you would get the same size mat as you bought. Nope the only size you will receive is MEDIUM.

Poor customer service. They do not stand behind the 60 day guarantee advertised on their site. Customer service is AI generated responses. They make it virtually impossible to do a return. I purchased the outdoor mesh mat and it is not quick drying as advertised. Turns in to a puddle every time it rains and stays wet for days which defeats the purpose of an outdoor mat. ***Update: The company reached out after I posted this review and I sent a video documenting the issue. They offered a refund to make it right.

I had to contact their support several times before receiving any response. I love the doggie mat outside cover, but the inside case that houses the ‘fluff’ is ridiculous. The zipper opening is about 3 inches and impossible to pull out the fluff in a timely manner. The case itself can be washed but the stuffing/fluff cannot!It is NOT washable and ends out being a soggy & impossible to dry - MESS. I cut open at least a 10 inch opening and now have to use safety pins to close the interior case. Given how expensive these are ( I have 2 large beds!), They really need to be user & consumer friendly! They offered to send me a new interior case * ;))) , but do not address the issue at all. Just be prepared to deal with any washing of the beds issue! Badly designed by someone who must not launder their dogs beds or worse never had a dog!

Just received the muddy mats and am extremely disappointed to see that they're Made in China. I purposefully shop for anything NOT from China, especially something that touches my fur babies in any way.

Their sizing is a bit off. Wish they were bigger for the price. The color is great (beige) and the mat does seem to work pretty well.

The mat barely allowed for clearance which is the entire purpose of having a mat at the entrance. The first time I removed the mat just to sweep and mop under it, the sticky tabs wouldn't catch again though it is advertised they can be cleaned and refused. Waste of money with respect to doing what it is expected to do. Just using as an area rug at this point. Very disappointed.
