Hard to believe a company that makes the majority of their money from pet owners insults pet owners with their wording when we are offered other items muddy mats but dont want or need them. Instead of just no thanks, muddy mats puts, no thanks I dont care for my puppy or no thanks I dont love my dog!! Terrible awful things to say to your customers who support your company with purchases!!! Alot of people probably just ignore your hateful comments but not me, I dont spend money with companies that treat me like crap or try to guilt me into buying something I dont want so ill be sending my items back for a refund even though the mats are great.

We waited three weeks to get the beds. We were given the shipping fee back $14.99. The beds were North Carolina for over a week. My dogs LOVE the beds but the delivery was two weeks late.

It has 24 hours since I washed it and have it outside to drip dry, it is still Soaking wet!!

I finally received my muddy mat on April 17, 2026 after placing the order on April 8, 2026. It arrived via cirrotrack.com powered by GOFO Express. My order was to be shipped by Fedex Express as I ordered it and I paid 14.99 for shipping. There was never a true, clear way to track it and it certainly was not sent by any type of Express shipping. It did not fulfill the order according to the charge. When I saw tracking information this morning, that I could somewhat decipher, it said it was out for delivery. I was watching for the delivery and somewhat expected a person on a pony to arrive. I wasn't right, however. The Pony Express had not been brought back as a delivery service. Instead, a young gentleman, in his own vehicle, dropped it off. I doubt if he received much for the job, by the condition of his vehicle. I am requesting a refund of the $14.99 shipping fee. If I knew how to give it to the delivery guy, I would do it. My puppy loves the bed, but the overall experience was lacking in customer service and I would NOT order another bed! Also, this review would not go through to the customer service email, which had previously responded. I assume they don't really have a customer service department! Customer service is very good. Shipping of the product takes a very long time. I have purchased similar rugs on Amazon that seem to be better quality and arrive much quicker.

Bought several rugs and all sizes even a dog bed. Told my daughter to order some I know that it was about a year ago but damn they are falling apart when I called they asked several questions the washing and drying and that was it. Now I questioned my just buying at Walmart a lot of money to not last a year

UPDATE: They have replied here as if this is news to them. As if I don’t have 14 emails in a chain with them about the points I make. They promised to rectify the matter if I made the purchase for 2 large mats and then sent them the order number so they could change the “free” medium to a large. However they never confirmed my order. Therefore I don’t have an order number. Moreover, it’s been 13 days since the order and it isn’t even showing on my account as ordered. I have done a chargeback with my cr card. Their products are great. However, their false and misleading offers on their advertising go against consumer protection laws. In the US, every offer that does not have a caveat is open ended. For example their Buy 2 Get 1 free or Free Mat with the Purchase of 2 Mats should mean that the free one would be equal to the lesser of the 2 purchased. So suppose you buy a Med and Large, then the free would be a Med. But if you buy 2 Large, you can assume that the free one will be Large. However, no matter your purchase, they will only supply a Med as the free one. Remember, there is no caveat on their offer and NOWHERE in their offer (or anywhere in the ad) is that stated. Their attempt to only give you a Med no matter if you purchase 2 Large is ILLEGAL IN THE US. Don't be OK with that. Fight back, call them out on this, let your state's AG know this.
