You only get 7 days from when your order SHIPS to make any returns or exchanges so consider it a final sale purchase. The 60 day satisfaction guarantee is false advertising. Dealing with customer support was a bad negotiation. After wasting a lot of time reminding them of their clearly posted “guarantee” I got a token partial refund.

I ordered 3 rugs (B2GO) from muddy Mat website and none were good colors/size for my home. I contacted Muddy Mat less than 1 week from receiving the rugs to initiate a return, and got no response. I followed up with a second email, still no response. Although their website promises easy returns, it’s impossible to even get a reply from customer service! Only after following clicks starting from the email verifying my order, I found a notice that it was too late for an exchange or return because it was more than 7 days past the shipping date. What a surprise!—Muddy Mat certainly does not make this known before placing an order. The order took 5 days to be delivered after shipping! Who would imagine a return would need to be made within 2 days of receipt? I would caution anyone thinking about making a purchase from Muddy Mat—don’t count on ever making a return.

Muddy Mat may work for dogs but it’s worthless for cat litter.

I order 3 mats and got 2. Muddy mats refuses to resolve! I still owe for mat not received! BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

On July 20, 2026 I placed my second order with Muddy Mat, the first time was great we love them. However, it's nearly September 1st and we have not received the second order, we have not received an answer back on any of the e-mails sent to customer service. The tracking report shows the rugs undeliverable in New Jersey, we are in Texas The address on the invoice is correct, they sure kept my money, but I never got my rugs. I now feel like I'm actually $100 no money, no rugs, no response, no nothing. I don't recommend you order the rugs at all.

I placed and order,never received it, never got a refund. This company is shady. No need for a reply. I've working on this for 3 weeks, and over 10 emails. I don't expect anything from Muddy Mat.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered 2 medium beige mats & 1 small white mat. What they did wrong: They added THREE Grey mats (that I can’t use at ALL! Even though I did an immediate chat to correct the issue. They charged me $108 for something that should have been under $50! Then when I’ve emailed: First email: We can offer you a $20 gift card on future orders…. Second Email: We can let you keep the other mats with a 20% discount… Third Email: Our Company can not accept returns due to error on our side. We can offer you a 50% off offer… So they want you to pay $52 for mats you can’t use? If the company WONT take returns that should be posted somewhere?!?

I give 0 stars My order sat in Ct. from August 10,2026 for 1 and 1/2 weeks less than 2 hrs.from my house no contact until I contacted muddy mat several times to find out what is wrong. They worked with me but finally I had enough and canceled my order.They need to find another reliable shipping company that cares to deliver the product.
