I love the product…SHIPPING DEPT HAS COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS-because they entered incorrect AND insufficient address info that did not matching the order address verified as submitted. Translation problem perhaps? My Local PO held the pkg for me noticing that the shipping address was incorrect so I was able to pick it up in person to divert the time to send it back -who knows how long it would have taken to resend it to me, if ever ! Your shipping dept needs to have checking verifications to avoid this kind of mistake in the future.

Quick response to my questions.

So after seeing ads and commercials for the muddy mats I decided to try them. I bought one and I was So Satisfied I bought two more. I have the large mat, I have a runner and then I have a medium. I have two Labrador Retrievers and I live in Florida where there's lots of sand and so all I can tell you is you will be extremely satisfied with these mats. If you have one dog, two dogs it doesn't matter they really really work and they look nice, they're made with top quality in mind so do yourself a favor and get these mats for your house and your pets! Soft and comfortable

These mats are simply the best thing I have ever purchased. Purchased to trap dirt from the dogs. They ended up laying on them, too. I can’t stand on hard ground for any time at all. These mats are way better than the gel mats sold. They crack over time. These mats wash up so well, and I am so thankful to have found them. Gave them as gifts, they ended up buying more for themselves.
