Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

Great experience…..good service and follow through. Will definitely let friends know about this good service and great product. I have 5 dogs and now with muddy mat at the door I don’t have any more dirt and debris tracked into the house from outside. Next, I plan to purchase the dog beds! Thanks for a great product!!

Mary helped me with my issue. She was very kind, professional, and quick to help. I had recently made an order for one of your large muddy mats and you were also offering a special to get an extra I believe. Anyway I put my current address in, but when I looked at the receipt you were showing my old address. I told Mary I sent e-mails to correct it, but no response. She got it all straightened out for me with the right address and also took off the order of rubber gloves that you made appear were a free gift and it wasn't. I had tried to take it off when I placed the order, but it wouldn't let me. So she also took that off the order for me. I only wanted the large muddy mat. I'm still not sure if I'm getting and extra rug (smaller) with my order. That's how the special order appeared when I ordered the large one. Thank you for Mary's help. It should be straightened out now and go to the right address Sincerely, Cheryl Williams

I haven’t used them yet, because we are just starting to move into our new home. Will let you know soon.

The muddy mats are really nice. They are soft and have great grip on our floors. We are also grateful for the wonderful customer service. We’ll be purchasing more in the near future. Thank you !!
