I placed my order 11-30-2025, still no tracking number or acknowledgement of the order which was $113.00. 5 emails have been sent, no replies. 2 phone calls, I spoke to “Rain” on Sunday 12-14-2025 said she would check on it and send me a email. I called today 12-16-2025 after the conversation with the auto voice the phone just Rang for 2 minutes. I will be contacting the BBB and PayPal to file a claim. What a sham ! Absolutely awful. I ordered three weeks ago. I had to contact them before they shipped it and then they used UniUni for delivery (the worst last mile freight company ever). My package has been sitting in their warehouse for a week. Don’t order from them unless you have two months to wait for product.

Do not buy from this company. I cannot even review the product because it never got here. I placed the order Dec. 9th. It is now Dec 16th and no word from the company. I tried calling them no one picks up the phone. I just tried emailing them and waiting to hear back. I am just going to cancel the order.

I placed an order on the morning of 12/14/25. I realized later in the day that these rugs would not work for me because of the rubber backing. I cannot use rubber backed rugs in my new tile. So I immediately sent an email to cancel my order. Having not heard back on 12/15/25, I send more emails and then called customer service. However after the initial prompt it says it transferring me to a customer service rep…..the phone just rings and rings, no one answers. Called many times even messaged in messenger. Not sure what else I could do. Very disappointed that I have been unable to talk to someone. However, today you got my money. I’m not sure what else I could have done to cancel this order.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This is a scam. I placed an order on 11/30/2025. My money was taken and I received email confirmation of my order. However no shipping information was ever provided. Their phones go unanswered and my emails are ignored. I want my money back.

I have received no response to multiple emails, no tracking, no product delivered. I have filed a claim with Paypal to get a refund. Company does not respond to any efforts to find out where my rugs are!

I normally do not submit negative reviews, but this whole process is unacceptable. I ordered a large mat on 12/3 and paid the $14.99 for the expedited shipping, because it was a gift. Well that gift is now a week past when I needed it. Received confirmation for my order and after several days, I still had no confirmation it shipped. We’re now on 12/16 and the mat has yet to arrive. I also sent multiple emails to no avail. Finally reached out to the BBB and was told they would refund the $14.99 for the shipping, the rug is arriving soon. Ok, it’s now been a week, so who’s delivery it that it’s taking so long. It has been 2 weeks of pure frustration and horrible service. To me, this deserves a full refund for the frustration, inconvenience and the extra money spent for another gift, since this one has yet to arrive!!! Although I love the mats, the whole process needs an overhaul. Should not have this many complaints regarding customer service/shipping

I ordered 2 mats. I never received a confirmation of my order. I tried their email but never received a response. I tried phoning. Itcrang and rang. There was no option for leaving a voicemail. I filed a complaint with PayPal. Within a day I had a lovely response from Muddy Mats. They were going to expedite my order and ship immediately. A couple days later PayPal informs me I received a refund from Muddy Mats.
