I love these mat's and here is why. It is not only because they are well made, nice to look at, etc but their customer service department is on top of things. I purchased my original ones (yes, original ones. I did two orders) where you buy two get one free. I didn't realize I had ordered the medium ones so when I got the free I thought it would have been larger. Anyway, I left a comment stating that and boy was I surprised to get a message from them that they were going to look into it. My second order, I ordered the larger mat's and got a medium for free. I felt if it states buy two get the third free it would have been the same size. Apparently, the free one was the correct size. I just didn't read it properly. They took the time, even when it was my fault, to look into this.

These rugs have to be the best rugs I've ever purchased. I purchase 3 originally and a few free ones came with my order. We were so pleased, I purchase 4 more!

I needed something to stop the mud with 3 dogs lol my order came and was just as expected! Ordering was easy online, everything came together and it performs EXACTLY as promised! Love my myddy-mats! Love that they wash and dry so nicely too!

I wanted just one muddy mat, yet I'd click on your site's ads and they'd say buy 2 and get one free, which proved off-putting for me (as I only desired one mat) and I'd repeatedly forgo ordering. At last a seemingly straightforward ad came, and I ordered ONE mat; thereafter being told I qualified for a free item. I thought, why not, it's free. WRONG! It was an upsell trick which added approximately $10 to my order . . . and it was immediately charged to my VISA card, with no opportunity to override the charge before a bill being immediately sent to my email. I did not want any not free freebie!!!!! Thus, I located and called a phone number to cancel the charge for the item I didn't want, as it was not free. This constituted a waste of my time, as well as additional work for the lovely person who resolved the issue surrounding my VISA charge for the not free gift. She said my VISA would be credited and sent an email indicating the new charge for my one mat and the credit amount I could expect to receive on my VISA. I've kept her email to guarantee follow through on the credit. And, I am happy with my Muddy Mat, which arrived at my home yesterday.

First of all, my sweet Waldo (Pembroke corgi) went to Rainbow Bridge about 3 weeks ago, so there's that. I purchased my first muddy mats probably a year or so ago (back to 2024) My yard has so much dirt/sand that every time I had muddy tracks or tons of dirt on my floor. I wanted to see if they worked. The buy 2 get 1 was a great deal! I had a friend make the statement "I hope you didn't pay more than $5 or $10 for these." I didn't respond because already the dirt in my house was cut 85-90% not to mention if it had rained. I would tell Waldo "turn around" when he first stepped on rug at back door. His little paws were clean after that. (I bought another set of rugs (large for front door, med for step down, sliding doors and back door.) I then decided they would work well in kitchen...then in my bathrooms. When Waldo became ill (around February 2025), he would drink copious amounts of water and then large amount of urine. (Cushings Disease) I did not train him to use the rugs, but he instinctively went to these rugs if he couldn't hold it when I wasn't here. He watched as I carefully picked up the rugs. I was able to praise him for choosing them if he had to pee. These rugs, all of them, held the urine until I carefully folded and picked them up for washing. They washed up so well, and held up like new! (No, there was no incentive for my purchases nor this testimony. They are great mats/rugs. I am so thankful for these muddy mats. So grateful. Orders arrived quickly. I have the rugs and the medium pet bed. The rugs make great bath mats as well as door mats. They wash well. The 2 cats love sharing the bed!

I have bought both the rugs and the dog/cat cloud beds. I have to say that these rugs definitely trap the dirt. We have both cats and dogs in our home we have bought small and medium cloud beds for our furbabies. They have been a huge hit with all the furbabies. They are calming and soft for them to use. I definitely love that all I have to do is remove the cover and wash it. So now, I no longer have to throw out the beds. I can even buy a new cover if I need too. I highly recommend giving these a try, you will not be disappointed.
