Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I was not expecting the mats to be so nice. I am so happy with them. They wash up so nicely. Many of the products we order today are low quality but your mats were quite a nice surprise when we received them. We had a rain storm here in AZ and our little dogs were in and out as usual. The mats were awesome at keeping their paws cleaned off as they came in and out. I would highly recommend your mats. They are wonderful. For once a product worth the money we spent.

They are exactly what they say they are - LOVE them! I have a large one inside the patio, smaller one inside the door to the garage and one in front of my kitchen sink. Our Min Pins tend to terrorize rugs and they leave these alone!! Ours are grey. Wash really well too!

I have ordered from Muddy Mat twice now and have not had a problem at all. Shipping was fast. The mats are great, I have 2 of my dogs that love the water and would come in the house wet and leave wet dirty paw prints all over the floor, but now my floors are dry and clean. I have even told a friend about them.

I placed an order for three 19x30 mats and only received two mats. I called the customer service number; however, no one answers the phone. The phone continues to ring with no answer and there was no way to leave a message. Update:Muddy Mat followed up on my incomplete order and sent the missing mat. I have updated my review to reflect the responsive customer service and their follow through with ensuring that my order was complete.

I have purchased a total of 7 mats and I just love them! We live on a small farm/acreage with four dogs, that's a lot of muddy paws! They hold up well to washing and they really do help keep dirt and moisture from getting tracked in the house. We also use the runners in the bathrooms, they feel great on your feet and really absorb the moisture from stepping out of the shower.

I love my muddy matts. It keeps my floor very clean. The only complaint I have is the outer edge. The trim after i've washed it a couple times seem to come loose.Maybe they need to be double stitched.

The first time I ordered everything went fine. this time around not so much. ordered dec 3rd waited until the 11th no tracking received. sent several emails no response. finally got thru to customer service and just got the we will look into it. your customer service needs serious help. after another day or two Im going to cancel the order update the issue was resolved I just wish I didn't have to go to the lengths of writing a review before getting a response

The customer service was amazing when it came to fixing the problem that came up when ordering the mats. No excuses were made on her end she found the problem right away and fixed it and we appreciate the honesty and speed that came with the refund we will be ordering them again
