Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

We began with just 2 small Muddy Mats that we put at our front and back entrance ways. We have 2 small dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats that continually brought in muddy paw prints. We were so pleased with those 2 Muddy Mats that we bought a large one for our hallway and then bought 2 more large ones and another small one for our daughter's entrance ways. We cannot believe what a difference these rugs make. Thank You Muddy Mats. Susan Henry

I placed a significant (+ $225) order on 1/6. I received a confirmation, then nothing. I contacted customer service on 1/17 and was emailed that it would be shipped on 2 days. It is now 1/21 and I have heard nothing. This company offers a good product. Unfortunately my order was badly delayed and I was not provided prompt and accurate communication. I initially posted this review with one star. A couple days later I was contacted by customer service. They rushed my order out and refunded me for the trouble. I was disappointed, but they made it right. I have bought muddy mat products before and I will do so again.

Bought one of the small rugs for in front of my door. I absolutely love it!!! My dog likes to step in ever puddle she comes to and the rug takes care of everything on her paws. If I had the extra money, I'd buy one of the big ones to put in my kitchen. They're pretty cushy on my feet too.

I contacted customer service about a shipping charge, and she was able to waive that charge. Thank you

I believe the CSR's name is Griselda, if so, she was very professional. She listened to my concerns and accommodated me very well. Thank you Griselda

Great product and fast shipping

I have bought 3 and am very happy with them, especially to one I put in the bathroom for showers. It absorbs all the watch and dries pretty quickly.

First off, the rugs are great! I bought many in one order and several did not come although I had paid. It took some time to get the rugs I ordered but they worked with me to ensure I received what I ordered. Circumstances were interesting- it was happening during all the winter holidays and I had thrown out the paperwork and all I had was a packing slip. I had to take pictures of what I received and send them pictures ( even though they were already in use, complete with dogs and dog hair😂)
