Worst customer service I have ever received on any product. Placed my order on 12/17, my account was charged immediately. Delivery was promised by 12/23. Didn’t happen. Spent over an hour on the phone on 5 different days. First 4 times I was told I couldn’t receive a refund because the order was being processed. Finally today I was told I would receive a refund. Evidently there are too many pissed off people like myself. I’d like to know how a company can do business in the US without having anyone in the US who you can speak with? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I don’t care how good their product is, they are not worth the hassle to do business with.

Order placed and billed immediately. It’s been 3 weeks, still no tracking number or status update. After reading MANY reviews, I’m not the only one. Very disappointed thus far. Email sent requesting update and auto-response sent back. Called customer service number and, of course, they are closed

My first order was great, however, I placed a second order on Dec 7, payment was taken from my account on the 8th with a message the tracking number would be issued. Today is Dec 26, I have tried to follow-up several times both by email and phone to no avail. Email efforts were unsuccessful as all I received was a robo answer promising response within 24-48 hours. None received. Phone calls were never answered. My recourse at this time is to try to recover my payment thru my credit card company. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Communication with this company is a nightmare. I ordered products three weeks ago now and zero communication. I have no idea of I'll ever get my products or a refund.

Update… downgraded to a 1⭐️ customer service is terrible. After being told my order is at the local warehouse waiting to be delivered (it’s been there for 8 days waiting to be sorted) get a better delivery service! There has been no update. I received an AI chat bot message saying they’ll forward my concerns to their team and they’d get back to me in 24-48 hours again. I’ve requested a refund that I’m sure, at this point, I’ll have to fight for. Don’t waste your time or money.

Don’t believe the website when it says they are going to ship by a certain date, they won’t. Placed an order on December 12 promised shipping by the 17th and here it is the 24th and haven’t received an email stating when it will be delivered, tried contacting customer service got no where. I will never order from them again.

as with so many others, it is a shipping issue. i ordered a few weeks ago and never got any f/u emails re shipping. when i reached out i was told my issue had been "elevated" but still nothing. the email even said "DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE EMAILS OR F/U MESSAGES". order #5E5CC247FF. will forward that email to my cc company to get charges reversed when i get that bill. i know holiday shipping is tricky at best, but it's the lack of communication that irks me.

Missing order. Tried to call, chat and e-mail - with no luck in getting anyone to respond or answer questions. They use a questionable third-party shipper (Cirro) that does not seem to be reliable.
