This is my second review concerning my displeasure of my order from Muddy Mat. It should noted that 20%of their reviews are 1 star reviews with some customers saying that they would give a 0 star rating. In addition, it appears that the responses from their reviews/ emails are AI generated and not from a customer representative.

I ordered my mat in early 12/5/25. I was promptly charged for it. I have not received a shipping confirmation yet 12/29. 12/22, I sent an inquiry by email and also a telephone prompt inquiry, got an email saying they received it and would get back in 48-72 hours. Nothing…crickets…bad business…Will not be recommending this company to anyone. Muddy Mat wrote a nice reply to my review, but it was just words. Never received the follow up….crickets!!!!

I was so excited to get a bed for puppy.But as soon as I put it on floor he had a very long string pulled out within 5 minutes .I have had 4 of the rugs for over a month & he couldn’t do it to them.So I’m guessing beds are not durable for puppies..very disappointed.waste of $40 ..

I bought one had it for a year now every time I walk in the door with wet feet in my kitchen and my kitchen floor still shows what footprints it's a scam.. it does not work unless you sit there and rub your feet on it, just walking in on it does not do what it says like on the commercial..

I submitted my order on 12/2/2025 and have not received the order or any update on the order. I sent an email on 12/20/2025 asking for an update. I received an automated response stating they would get back to me within 48-72 hours and never received an update. I paid through PayPal and have escalated it with them for a refund.

Finally received my refund for the 2x express shipping and order. It took a lot of time and reporting this company to the BBB and my states attorney general as a scam and fraud. I also reported them to my bank and put a stop on the charges at my expense. Do not give up but scream louder and long—you will get your money back. Tell everyone about this sham and get them out of here.

This is the worst company ever, they absolutely do not respond to emails or any other problem. They have overcharged me and will not cancel, refund, or even answer an email.

I ordered on December 14, 2025. A week later I requested info as to a possible shipment date. I received an auto-reply saying someone would reach out to me. Not a word has been received. I sent another request for information yesterday, still not a word. This has got to be a scam. If this product is actually worth it, then they seriously need to work on customer service. To this date, in my opinion, they suck. Pointless.
