Unfortunately, my experience with this company’s customer service was very disappointing. I placed an order on December 1 and received only an order confirmation. For nearly a month, I received no shipment updates or tracking information, despite reaching out for clarification. When I finally received a response on December 30, I was told the package had already been delivered. However, the tracking number provided showed only that a shipping label had been created, with no carrier scans confirming shipment, transit, or delivery. The item was never received. The lack of proactive communication, delayed responses, and incorrect delivery information made this a frustrating and time-consuming experience. I ultimately requested a refund due to the absence of confirmed delivery. I would caution others to consider this before placing an order.

Most HORRIBLE return process ever!!! I ordered, Muddy Mat duplicated the same order and charged me for it. It has been the most worse experience getting return labels and someone to help me! Buyer beware if you order directly from Muddy Mat customer service is extremely slow and not efficient.

I have previously ordered 2 other mats and they came in a reasonable timeframe. I ordered a 3rd mat on 12/13. At the time of the order the system said delivery by 12/20. Not in a real hurry to receive, so not that concerned. By 12/26 realizing I had not seen any shipping confirmation, I replied to the order asking for status. Received a fairly canned response (AI?) saying they understand my concern, explained their fulfillment and shipping process, and stated the order was being escalated and that within 48-72 will receive an update. 12/29 still no shipping confirmation, sent in another request and received the same canned response with another assurance the order is being escalated with their fulfillment team. 12/31 ended up calling and right up front was met with an automated messaging about fulfillment issues they are having. If I wanted to wait ok, or I could stay on the line and cancel the order. This company is in a melt down with too many orders and no way to fix their outsourced? fulfillment system. They should be offering partial credits to all of their customers waiting for orders, or at least actually acknowledge they have a problem. 1/7/26 and still no shipment. No response to email requesting update. Clearly all of the responses from MuddyMat are AI created. Just read a few of them and you can see the pattern. Will never purchase from them again. Now I just need to figure out how to get a refund. Will be reporting to BBB as this business is fraudulent.

Scam. I ordered on Dec 3 and as of Dec 31, it hasn’t arrived. I wrote for a refund and didn’t get a response. They sent an email to review the product, and only then did I get a response. I was offered a refund for shipping only. The tracking shows the package is being delivered back & forth between facilities. Maybe I’ll burn it if the dumb mat ever arrives.

Still waiting to be refunded. I returned almost two months ago. Now they email me that they are having trouble crediting me. Are you kidding? I’ve already called a couple times.

I placed a$250 order on December 11th and have still not received it. After more than 10 days with no shipping confirmation or tracking information, I emailed customer service and received no response. I eventually had to call and select the “cancel order” option just to reach a live person. Only then was I able to speak with someone. During that call, I was offered a partial refund and told my order would be escalated to top priority. It has now been another 10 days, and I still have no tracking number, no shipment, and no follow-up communication. At this point, the issue is not just a delay, it’s the lack of transparency and follow-through. If I hadn’t selected the cancellation option, I’m not confident I would have been able to reach anyone at all. I would caution others to be aware of potential delays and communication issues before placing an order.

Love the rugs, have several. BUT, ordered a bigger rug on December 2nd and still have not received any update to my order other then an order confirmation email. I have called, emailed, and messaged on facebook to no response or update about my order. Very disappointed in their production/shipping/fulfillment

Ordered on November 30th. As of Dec. 18th I had not received my order and requested a refund to my account via email. The next day I received a response saying because my order had not shipped, the refund would be immediate but that my bank may take a few days to show. Well, it is now the 29th and still no money back. I have reached out several times asking for proof of refund to which the response was “we will get your proof of refund to you soon.” I sent another email today, demanding my money or the next step would be the BBB, my attorney, and I will put them on blast anywhere it’s available. This place is a sham and their AI email responses can suck it.
