Dog beds are big and fluffy
Dog beds are big and fluffy. Cats love them, only one of my 3 dogs will occasionally sleep on one. They prefer the couch and are in for a rude awakening as the couch is headed to the dump. Guess at this rate, the beds will last forever.
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 20, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Marita! We're happy to hear the beds are working well for your cats. It sounds like your dogs are in for a surprise once the couch goes! We're glad to know the beds are durable and lasting well.

Recommend for pets
I have two pitties and we live on the Gulf Coast. We have had lot of rain and this has saved the floor. I only have a small mat and will be getting a larger mat in the months to come. Highly recommend for anyone with animals. Cindy Conway

Thank you so much for your review, Cindy! We’re so glad to hear the mat has been a lifesaver for your floors, especially with your pitties and the Gulf Coast rain. We really appreciate the recommendation and can’t wait for you to enjoy a larger mat soon!

Love the mats
Love the mats. Ordering was confusing. Somehow I ended up ordering a grey instead of beige. However, the mats are amazing! Would love the larger mats, but they are pricey.
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 15, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Tammy! We’re so glad you’re loving the mats — even if the color mix-up snuck in. We totally understand about pricing on the larger sizes, and we’ll be sure to keep your input in mind for future promotions. Thanks again for your support!

I have 3 Aussies all of different sizes and heights. Weather has been rainy and mats are catching the muddy paws. Definitely less clean up of floors
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 10, 2025
Hi Denise, thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear that the mats are helping with your Aussies’ muddy paws and making cleanup easier. We really appreciate your feedback!

Great quality, inaccurate colour descriptions
Great quality mat, stops wet muddy paw prints. Shame about the colour. We ordered ‘charcoal’, but it’s more of a navy blue colour
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 7, 2025
Hi Shona, we're glad you're happy with the mat quality. We've emailed you about the color issue to resolve it. Please check your inbox and reach out with any questions.

Very good rug
Very good rug. But it is to tall to go under my door in the house. So I put it in the garage by the walk in door to the house
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 1, 2025
Hi Irene, we're glad to hear you're happy with the rug, even if it doesn't fit under your door. The garage sounds like a perfect spot for it! We appreciate your feedback and hope it continues to work well for you.

Very happy with Muddy Mats
Very happy with the Muddy Mats I ordered. Quality is very good and accurately described. It does what it is supposed to do. However dog keeps sleeping on it so I will need to order a larger one. I took off one star because the billing, taxes and shipping charges are very confusing.
Response from Muddy Mat®Apr 1, 2025
Thank you for your review, Aileen! We're so glad to hear you're happy with the quality of your Muddy Mat. We totally understand the need for a larger one with your dog enjoying it so much! We also appreciate your feedback on the billing, taxes, and shipping charges, and we have sent a request for your contact information and order details to look into this.
