Headline: BUYER BEWARE: Overcharged and no shipping updates Review: I placed an order on 12/23/25 and heard nothing. I had to chase them down myself just to get a generic copy-paste response promising my order would be "escalated." However, the real issue isn't just the shipping delay—it’s the billing. After reading other negative reviews, I checked my bank statement and discovered I was overcharged. I had to sit through a very long hold time on the phone to get someone to address it. Their excuse was a "technical issue" in finance. I am currently waiting the required 24 hours to see if the money is actually credited back. Between the lack of shipping transparency and the unauthorized overcharge, I cannot recommend this company. Check your bank statements immediately if you have ordered from them.

I still have not gotten my order nor really heard anything from you.

The mats are great however they have truly terrible customer service. Their website promised delivery by December 29th if ordered in a certain timeframe. It's now January 6th and it hasn't even shipped and I have been attempting to contact someone for over a week. I cannot get anyone to return my email or answer a phone call. I will not purchase through them again.

I order 3 mats. In addition to the charges I agreed to, they charged me two additional charges totally nearly $60! I tried for week to contact them - phone and email. Only received automated responses. Finally went to my credit card company and had to have my card canceled. Huge hassle. Buyer beware!

On December 23, 2024, purchased a muddy mat. Here is the tracking information they sent me. Please note that nothing has been shipped. Only a label has been created. And a follow up email from muddy mats said check your email spam and trash. Ridiculous that’s the first thing I checked before I contacted Maddie mats. I understand the holidays are busy. I would understand if it takes two or three more weeks to get the mat. But I don’t know because muddy mad doesn’t respond to anything. Unless they send a uniform crappy letter if I ever get my muddy mat, I might change my review, but when I have to run around and track down the company that was supposed to sell me something because I can’t find them anywhere on the Internet and what they promised they haven’t delivered. Then they get one star only because I can’t give them zero stars.

Customer service was not helpful at all. I ordered product beginning of December....was told they couldn't deliver, huh??? No response, no $ return. What a joke and a rip off - would never recognize

Ordered on 12/13 and they charged my card. I haven't received anything and it's now 1/5. I reached out to see what the status is and after many attempts, finally got a chat bot to look up the order which said it was showing as canceled. I asked why and who canceled it, but it had no answer for that and then transferred to a phone line that rang for a long time. I've tried to communicate with this company over the past few weeks, and no one responds. Email, phone, chat option on the website, sent a DM on social media...still nothing. I didn't cancel this order. I've been waiting for shipping confirmation this whole time. Recordings say they're dealing with a high volume of orders. I understand that, but it's still not a reason to fail in communicating with people who you've already charged. Consider hiring more help! I'm still trying to find out if my order was actually canceled and why. If I'm not going to receive it, someone needs to let me know and refund my money. This experience has been very frustrating. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I placed your order on December 24, 2025 for a muddy pet bed. We’re supposed to be delivered Friday. January 2, 2026 nothing came. I can’t get any information on it. I tried calling the police phone. This rings. They took my money, but I can’t get nowhere i’ll try emailing the company they keeps sending the same thing back 48 to 72 hours. It’s been over that I have not heard anything. Please be aware of this company. They take your money but you don’t receive your product.
