I finally received my muddy mat dog bed after waiting 10 days for it to arrive. They do advertise that they have two or three day shipping, but that was not the case for me once I finally received it. I was so excited. I took it out of the airtight bag that it was in put it on the floor and that’s where it’s been sitting ever since my dog has laid in at one time and has not went back to it since I think that it is very overrated and very expensive. I paid around $80 for it and it just is going to sit in the floor obviously.

why does it take over a week to ship? I ordered on July 2, and it only shows that the order is confirmed and not shipped. It is now July 11th.

I had ordered a muddy mat and bed with no issues. I ordered a Meshy Mat and have had nothing but deceptive and "make it up as you go along" responses with this order. I placed the order 9 day ago and even tho they say they ship in 48 hours, they can not provide any evidence that the item has shipped. If you desire poor customer communication, this is the company for you!

Although like every other product shows the perfect senerio for their product I bought 4 of these and they are no different or better than any other mat. It works as a shower mat better than a dog mat. In order for it to really work for a door mat for pets you have to have a pet that stops and wipes its feet. And dogs don't step on the mat with all 4 paws and it does not clean heavy mud or water like it says it does Watch the commercial closely When pets come in they really don't make contact with every paw or leg. Not worth the money.

The muddy mats advertised as being machine washable. I purchased 3 mats. Absorbency is wonderful,mats stay on place, the 1st time I washed them they came out the dryer just like new. House doesn't have a lot of traffic and there is 1 small dog that visits about once a week. The second washing one of the mats lost most of it's backing. It just split into ribbons. I washed 3 of them together and only 1 shredded

What I did not like about the ordering process is.I really don't know where the hell I ordered that from. I don't know if it's a scam or if it is the muddy mat site. They didn't show the shipping until I had already put in credit card.It complete information and thought it was about to come out with free shipping.And then they offered you three choices and you had to pay for shipping. Then , even though they say that the mat will not bunch up in , they said you need to buy something extra that you put under the mat that keeps it from bunching. Didn't I offered you about 4 other products?So by the time you finished checking out just to get the basics, it costs quite a bit more than you thought it was going to cost.I feel like that is a scam scam scam. They need to be up front with all the charges before you check out.Not right when you're about to have it sent out. So I don't even know if I'm an even gonna get the product and it was over $200 because they're bit large mats, which you really need for kitchens, it's very expensive that's with a 70% discount.It's just ridiculous. So I hope it's worth it because if I have to return it who knows how much postage they'll charge. There was just not a full disclosure of what you were getting , and how much it was going to cost before you were asked to pay for it.

We have 6 Muddy mats, positioned so our dog can go over a couple of them before entering the main part of the house. The mats DO NOT clean paws as advertised.

Received my mats works well for mud but it slips all over the place. They claim non slip but when I contacted customer service they told me to go buy non slip items to put on the bottom of the mat. No where on their site does it say you have to do that. The mats do not stay put constantly putting them back it place.
