Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

The Muddy Mat Dog Bed turned out to be two big lumps that cannot be formed into a comfortable "nest" for my dog. I tried putting it in the dryer (twice), placing heavy objects on top of it, etc. Nothing worked. It remains two big lumps and the vendor has unreasonable hoops through which consumers must jump to return the item. Also, it would be very difficult to wash--IF it were usable, that is.

I ordered and paid for three mats. I DID NOT get a free one. My three DID NOT have a rubber back. It slides all over the place. I have let them know that I didnt receive my free one even though I paid for all three. I am 84 and when I stand on any mat I need them to stay in place so I don't fal. These don't Judy in Alabama.

I never received my product. Apparently it was lost in transit. I did get a refund.

DO NOT BUY Terrible customer service. Instead of honoring their 60 day return policy, they keep trying to offer me discounts on the rug or a gift card to buy something else. I JUST WANT TO RETURN THE RUG LIKE THE WEBSITE SAYS I CAN.

The more I think about your comment about proving I didn’t get my complete order the more pissed off I get! My first time trusting you and offering my support of this business will be my last!!! I told you I didn’t get them and you don’t trust me enough to tell the truth so keep the 14.99. This company customer service is terrible and you just lost a very good customer along with my family of dogs. My daughter and granddaughter! Train your associates to be kind !

5ft by 7ft muddy mat textured backing ruined my hardwood floor. It was labeled safe on hardwood floors which was not a fact. I would strongly suggest to never use the mat on a hardwood floor which can ruin the polyurethane finish and require that the floor be restored.

I contacted the company regarding the dog bed I ordered. The bed was not even close to what is pictured. They sent a second one and it wasn't any better. The bed is flat not full of cushion as they have it advertised. I find this unacceptable. They will not refund my money until I return both items in their original packaging. It is impossible to put the items in the original packaging. They sent them both securely wrapped tight with tape which damaged the original packaging. I have pictures of both beds and will be sharing my experience so other customers are aware of the quality of their dog beds.

Still waiting on my order from 8/31, arrival date past a week ago and tracking information said in transit but no information available. Guessing now I will have to fight for a refund as seems like company just took the money and really didn't ship. Order # 1220336
