I own and love several of their rugs, so I decided to order one of their beds for my dog. I didn't realize that they offer two different styles, and the bed I received was not what I was expecting. I reached out to Muddy Mats and they responded quickly with a request for photos, and more details of my issue. They offered an exchange, but I had already realized my mistake and my dog had fallen in love with her new bed, so we chose to keep it. This rambling review to say that I was so impressed with the quick and kind response I received, and also the quality of their products. (If you decide to order a bed, do be aware that they offer two different styles.)🤦🏼‍♀️

I was so delighted to receive my Muddy Mats. I have 2 big dogs and going in and out was a big problem with the mess. The muddy Mats are absolutely the real deal. I dont have muddy wooden floors anymore. I am definately going to buy the runner!!!!

Great choices and colors., great shipping timing, animals love the soft carpet.

These mats are outstanding! Not only do they collect the muddy foot prints, they also work well on dust. We have 4 large dogs in the house. With the mats at the doors, I am sweeping up only about 1/4 of the dirt that I did before. The dirt now comes from on their bodies that dries and falls off to the floors. I have them at every door!

We have three dogs. One is an older Lab who spends most of his time napping. The other two are Brittanys. Those girls are very active! Most days the two Britts spend the majority of their time outdoors. That results in lots of muddy paws! Since we bought our first Muddy Mat, we no longer have to corral the dogs to clean their paws!! It sounds crazy, but the rugs absorb and clean the debris and wetness off their paws. We no longer have to let them inside one at a time to towel their paws. The room they leave from and return to has oak floors. We no longer have to mop it to clean up paw prints!! Another great benefit? It works the same way for humans!!

I've never had a rug like this. My dog takes one step on it and his paws are clean. No marks on my area rug at all. I will definitely be ordering more. Doesn't work on grass clippings but it makes up for it with everything it does collect. I give it a "10"+!!!
