Muddy Mats has good customer service when you have a problem. I was dissatified with what I received, requested an exchange for the products and although it took extra time, I received exactly what was promised, honoring the deal from the original order. Great quality mats, variety of sizes and colors.

They are durable and pretty to look at. I have 2 sets in 2 different colors and very pleased with how they are made. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more. Also I have told friends about them

Muddy Mats are well made. I feel like they will last a long time. They are heavy than I thought they would be. The color selection is great and spot on. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get my order.

The mats are great and very comfortable. We do not have pets but they are great for every day traffic.

Overall I am happy with the purchase. It arrived in a timely manner. It does aid in reducing the amount of dirt,etc brought in on feet and paws. I did not order the size I thought I had ordered. That’s a bad on me. My door won’t swing completely over the mat so I have to set it to the side a bit. Not an awful issue. The dog loves to lay on it. Again.. overal a good purchase.

The order process was easy, they provided tracking information and my mats arrived in timely fashion. They are thick and soft and so far they seem to work as advertised. The only less than perfect thing is that the color of mats did not match the photo on the website. I know that's tough to do, so I shouldn't have been surprised when the sky blue mats were not pale blue but more of an electric blue. They are still well worth what I paid for them.

Our mats have not been tested of their ability to handle mud, but our dog and 2 cats love them. They think we bought them new lounging pads!

So far so good, our big Saint moves all rugs out of his way and so far it springs back to stay in place. We placed it next to his water bowl and so far it is working.
